Is there a base like the ehpro on fasttech. With two base holes. Do you happen to know resident kayfun expert? Maybe I'll piece something together. Though I'd have to drill or the wicking channels as I use thicker juice.

I ordered one from Fasttech for my EHPro KF lite plus v2 a few months back for about $4 and change. It's working fine and has the side air hole and the adjustment screw on the bottom.

You might like something like the Taifun GT III for MTL vaping. You wouldn't have to drill or cut anything to get juice flow since it's a full range tank with adjustable juice flow. Check out Taifun Busardo on YouTube for a video review.

There's lots of options these days that produce great flavor and cater to higher wattage as well as Tootle Puffing.

They used to have tge kayfun base with two airflows. They discontinued it about a year ago.

That was my point before!!

That one was a pain to fill. The needle bottles or syringes necessary and it leaked quite badly for which they had to push a fix iirc.

I still think the ehpro kayfun plus clone is the best of all of the authentic or clones. I wish I could get one in a config I want. All I can find are full metal. I guess I could piece one together. I really fee like the second air hole made it shine.

Please do post back on that. I. Ought the sjmy specifically for the better tank and larger air flow but I'd consider trying the sxk if the tank fits. Thanks for doing that.

So for all you above don't sleep on the odd gauges. I am a huge fan of both 27 and 29 gauge and 31 in the piccoloid build out around 2 ohm is great. I actually find the odd gauges work so much better. 27 is the best of 26 and 28. 29 is like 28 but heats faster. 31 is wicked fast hearing and making a contact coil you can chuck some vapor with high resistance builds.

Most of us got started and were told about 24/6/8/etc and didn't ever try the odd gauges. Since I've changed to odd gauges I won't go back. 27 in atomizers that can take it is really good as is 29.

Anyway try some I think you'll be really happy.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation. I wish I could hire you as I'm post two necks jr heroes and really having a hard time. While the nerve damage was greatly alleviated and led to better range of motion I'm in a lot more pain now than before the surgeries. I opted for s couple of "keyhole surgeries" rather than fuse four discs. They used a small drill to grind away portions of my spine. Anyway let's just say that small incision does not easy surgery make. I was duped into thinking they'd be no big deal.

Try 27 gauge! I prefer to vape like you. Higher output mtl. That said I think the n2 .7 and the .6 vapefly cold burn out really fast at like 20 watts.

I'm sorry you haven't been feeling yourself. Hang in there.

Totally depends on the coil. I try to measure in ml but my big direct lung coils last way longer than the little mtl. I think I'm vaping too hot for them to stand up

Tel me about the vodka soak. Are you guys talking about taking something like a nautilus coil and soaking it in vodka ?

What's he process? Soak and let dry and just go?

For coils I make I just dry burn and do the glowing coil submerge in water to get the crud off.

Make sure you try the clr coils. They're so much better than he could coils. I still think this is one of the best mini kits around.

The icare go has really wound up being s disappointment for me. It's just so inconsistent. My little vape right now is the mega volt and vapefly Nicolas but I think the clr coils in he right tank are still better. I am still testing though.

No demerits for me! I caught up hard! I deserve a bling upgrade.

@RainSong are you in Arizona too? That's where I am! Maybe I can hire you !!!! Where about are you I'm in the north valley around Cave Creek and union hills area.

It's been so hot here. We had a nice break for two days now he torture begins. Eh according to dark sky servers it's not that bad.

The CLR coils sold me on the Ego device.. just got a pack in today. The coil needed a little adjustment then I rewicked it. Very easy to do. I've been complaining that there are not enough (affordable, authentic, & rebuildable) Mtl tanks out there and this one has been there for years... I don't know how I missed it..

Coils may be cheaper and longer lasting these days. When I switched to rebuildables the Protank coils were going through a high failure period. They were changing from just resistance wire to a soldered coil with resistance wire in the middle and regular wire on each leg. The wires were burning the rubber insulators in the coil head. At first they silver soldered the legs to the coil and the solder was melting in a day. The coil would fail open in 6 or 8 hours. Later on they started wire welding the legs and reliability improved. By that time I was disgusted with coils.

I bought a Kayfun and never looked back. A 100' roll of Kanthal or Stainless wire and a pack of Koh Gen Do cotton cost about $18 and will last more than a year. Once you get the hang of recoiling and wicking you can do both in 15 or 20 minutes. I replace coils every two or three weeks to a month, sometimes longer, and I like to replace the wick during a tank fill if it's not tasting nice and fresh.

One of my mixes that's always ready is Black Honey Tobacco, Dragonfruit and Green Tea.

FT has a good selection of center poly sections, and, iirc, the full M5s as well.
Black Honey Tobacco... I got a bottle of that flavor juice once from a local B&M... it was awesome.. I got home was vaping away, excited that I found a new flavor that I liked. Then my girlfriend got home and said "What is that awful smell, this place stinks!!" I didn't notice anything until I left the room and returned a couple minutes later... That juice stank up the place like a gym locker room! She was right.
I'm going to start DIY this summer and would love to make a Black Honey minus the funk.. From my understanding it's the Honey that was giving off the smell.. is there a Honey flavoring that is better to use that won't be offensive??

My first device was MTL(Nautilus)... then got on the Sub-Ohm band wagon... I got the KF5 with the reducer kit almost a year ago to see what the KFs were all about.... Fell in love with it. Sold ALL my cloud gear instantly to buy more KF and Mtl gear.... waiting for a new KF to come out... it's been over a year since they released a tank.
The clr coils are basically pre-built RBA heads with an adjustable juice flow control as well. I've rebuilt stock coils before and there usually a pain and sometimes not even worth it. These are going to be a dream. I can build 5 RBA heads at a time and when I need them they are ready to pop in and vape.

Air conditioning and covered parking.

Cmon you miss it. It's June and it's still balmy. Come July it won't drop below 90 (33c) around the clock and he. It will be Halloween before it's tolerable again.

I'll take my demerit for not multi quoting today. Sorry all.

Enjoy the wedding. Drink lots of water between cocktails!

It was a lot of fun, but I'm glad the sun has set! I can't handle high temperatures like I could when I was younger!

I own an authentic gt2. I may try a clone v3. I'll never give smokerstore my money. Pile of complete jerks over there. Very very poor customer support.

I looked st the smaller gt3 clones and will consider one of those as I find the stick taifun too tall. I have two of the coppervape skyline clones coming. One may be for a Friend. Depends how good they are.

I really like the doggy clone for vape quality but it's a pain to refill. The tank often sticks. I brought it slot to dig sit as mentioned previously and I've had to find a rubber band twice now to get the tank off to fill.

Right now the titanium gem is probably the closest I have to s perfect tank. Mark bugs said they would drill out my other two gen tanks to have the same size juice ports which I find necessary for proper wicking of thicker liquids. I also own a cloud one authentic and I think I'll be selling that one too. I'd sell the gt2 as it's so tall but there's no much point. It wouldn't fetch enough to really be worth selling I don't think. Even with my extravagant size kit

The hunt continues.

that's how my wife's family is. seems like i meet a new cousin or step sibling every 6 months.

Yah I haven't even considered my steps in my equations. If your parent dies and was married are that persons family still your step family? I guess it doesn't matter if you never talk to them.

Yah I vape a lot of 80-90% vg. THats where it hangs. With the titanium gem I find I can chain vape and push the power more. Given there are so few differences it must be that it's wicking faster.
