Sure. I can communicate without them. I have been in many situations in my life where profanity is absolutely unacceptable, become angered, and still communicated clearly. Including at work to people both above and below me in the hierarchy, and in my personal life when dealing with family members, and in public while interacting with strangers. But there is a pleasure and an art to a profanity riddled tirade that gives me an unmatched release. It's downright heavenly.

I have some temp control questions, I've been playing around with it on the Jac + Doggy for a couple days in SS mode. My experience is mostly good but I'm not really satisfied with the temp of the vapor until 460-470, which is apparently the magic number for the possible carcinogens to appear. I *want* to use and like temp control, so I guess my question is, is am I still better off using TC even with my temp set that high? I really dig the consistency of each toot, in wattage mode it's always the end of each toot that the temp is what I seem to like. I don't know where I'm going with this really. I'm not afraid to try temp control, just roll up the sleeves and get in there and try it.

Moving the wattage up a notch and starting at 400deg. might get you there.

Oh, I have an outstanding vocabulary. I learned to read when I was two years old. My reading comprehension tested at college level before I finished 5th grade. I'm also a US NAVY veteran. Ever hear the phrase 'curse like a sailor'?

In my thought process I figured that capping it at that known pleasurable level at least keeps it from going higher than that. Plus the decreased coil gunking I've observed is a benefit, I tend to like sweeter liquids and coil gunk has been an ongoing bane.

That and the dreaded potential for carcinogens was what I was going for. Without TC (if you're vaping that hot) you're guarantees to get the nasties. With TC, it's just a risk.

The studies on that are seriously flawed. There is no magic number. Especially when devices all produce different results and readings. The number on the screen doesn't represent coil temperature. There not using temp sensors. They're using wire resistance to estimate possible temperature. So even if he side wasn't seriously flawed that showed the carcinogens you'd have no idea if you're actually over 450 or not.

Also your coil need to be recalibrated after you use it a few times. It adjusts and so reseating it when cold may make your device more accurate. It's not unlikely that you need to set the baseline more accurately. Also another thing ignored is coil mass. Which is going to greatly impact temperature and heating. As wel as displaced heat. As is wicking and air flow.

If you want really accurate temp control or the best chance to get it use nife48/52 which has a much more sensitive tcr. MUCH more. The tcr of SS is .0089. The tcr of nife is .0405. Huge difference.

The thread about the carcinogens at 450 is riddled with scientific issues. I wouldn't put a ton of stock in it. Instead read some of the factual information from dr farsalinos. Someone who is studying ecigs with no agenda and as an actual scientist.

Ba Duan Jin has several movements very similar to other moves in Ba Duan Jin.

So i took three movements out of. Ba Duan Jin. Two movements from Shaolin Wah Nam Qigong (founded by Sifu Wong Kiew Kit (Qigong Master of the year in 1998.)) Switched "Turning to look at the moon for Cloud Hands from Yang form ir Tai Chi, and added Zhan Zhuang Qigong.

Tried to give them the best workout in the least amount time

I also have master cretificates for three forms of Reiki and two forms of Seichim. And dont use any of them because i found a healing modality that blows the doors off of Qigong, Reiki, quantum healing, pranic healing etc.
