If you put VG in tge airlock it wont evaporate and you never have to worry about water evaporating and wild yeasts from turning the wine to vinegar

I don't like people who think they know everything about everything & are up their own backsides. Oh man I wish I could swear atm cos people like that irritate me.
If they don't own the device or tank they don't have any right to give their opinion.
I get sick of people saying something is garbage when they don't own it!

Today marks 5 1/2 months since my last Crohns disease flare.

Finally have my family curse under control.

I know it all. Except the parts I can't remember. But I know them, too. It'll come back. :)
Ditto for me. Playing trivia yesterday racking my brain for hours yesterday trying to think of the name of the S curve used in Formula 1 to slow the cars down. Itd called a Chicane (SP)

You got it, friend! Happy mazing! This mead is good to go once it clears, it gets better with time. My then girlfriend, now wife, had a devilish time with a bottle that was 1 year old. It is a sweet mead and goes great with any fruit/dessert vape. I always encourage people to make first batch as the recipe is written and reduce the amount of honey in the next batch if you want a semi sweet mead.

I make limoncello all the time. Your seal looks fine as is.
I let steep for 90 days
