I dual used for 2-3 weeks but it got easier after 4-6 months I knew vaping would work.

I actually only dual used for about a week - having started at the shop suggested 18, which didn't quite do it for me. Got some 24 and stopped smoking. It just took me a long time to realize I could "count on" vaping when facing normal stressors.
