I have heard some (many?) say that a mint flavor works better, though. Maybe something to consider?

NOPE - Not Menthol . . . :nah:

I diy with menthol using crystals.

AND - There is also - "Kolada" - to add that very refreshing inhale & exhale "taste" of coolness too . . .

Just Sayin' . . . :D

Can't help with any menthol mixes, as it's a "flavor" I've never cared for, even while a smoker. I have heard some (many?) say that a mint flavor works better, though. Maybe something to consider?

Heck, the kitchen counter next to the sink is all the space that's needed ;)

Unfortunately, life's not been boring. Nothing "big", just lots of activities that come with us (wife and I) being the care-givers for her almost 95 yo mom. Happy to do it, but it's sure a good thing that I'm retired!

Then again, boring on the vape front. Just tootle along happily with my KFs. Try one of the latest and greatest tanks now and then, then box 'em back up and settle back with what works (for me, of course!)
Good to hear!
Yup, KFs are still a classic..

Thanks for the kind reply!
I Vaped about every style lol
I think I was around 3 years with no cigs...
I started MTL as that’s all their was when I began, Even when I switched to High Wattage, TC, etc. I still always kept a low wattage setup on my desk.
I’v forgotten many Vape Terms ha
I will try every style to try to get back to Vaping, I still have all my gear and backups that will do the job..
But a good MTL setup with a Menthol juice worked best for me...

Thanks Kat! And yes, I have already seen some “Shiny” in the Whomper Thread lol :D
Menthol is all I vape. Don't like mints. I DIY mine…use 3mls menthol liquid and 7 mls koolada pet 100mls. Gives me a nice cool blast that's as close to a TH as I'll ever get as a vapor.

I am, I just gotta wait on some juice to arrive.. I can’t DIY the Menthol I vape.

As for making other e-liquid, im trying to make space at my current place to do it. As well as somewhere to build, working in a tight space lol

How have you been Ock?
Greetings !!!...I'm surely not an expert but I've found the most important things for me to have some success at DIY are Simplicity & Organization...And I get it all into a pretty small area...Many mix by weight with a digital kitchen scale...I mix with syringes straight into the bottle by %...I tape a recipe behind each bottle and just run down each one like an assembly line...Just a few thoughts...Trig

1. My current set-up...The only thing missing is the recipes taped to the Microwave...
2. Before I Got The Storage Rack...Everything on a single dinner plate...Missing is the Big Shot Glass
for my syringes, the recipes and the extra empty bottles...
3. Done...Cap'em...Lable'em...Steep'em...

I like your set up Trigs! Just spent an hour or so myself on my DIY liquids. You are so right...have a little production line going and keep things in order. Clean up, pack away and wait for the steep to do it's thing!

Hey Trig. I am such a Tootle Puffer but have always been too shy to get on here!
Today I made up a coconut/caramel liquid and a brandy/praline and cream/Bavarian cream. Will be interesting to see how they go. Hoping they will be yummy! All the desserts without the calories! WIN!

The thing that really got me going was making vaping more convenient than smoking. I've mentioned this thing on the site bunches of times, but I picked up a Vaporesso Aurora. It's basically the size and shape of a Zippo lighter. It even flips open like one. It's a little MTL stealth vape with great flavor that lasts about as long as a half a pack of smokes. I started carrying it in my pocket all of the time when I was away from home. Then I grabbed a Kangertech EVOD Pro v1 (18650) for about $20 with 1.0 Ohm atomizers. The thing is incredibly durable and gives an OK (not great but do-able) vape, along with a little eGo carrying case for juice/atomizer/battery back up. So the Aurora and the EVOD became my go to devices. Then I started looking at what I had and figuring out how to make everything MTL. Luckily for me there was a bunch of really cheap MTL stuff available because it became unpopular. I grabbed a Nautilus X tank and some 1.80 Ohm atomizers (the 1.50 are crap) to use on my box mod at home. I bought some TC coils for my Arctic V8 tank - went low Wattage and high temp limit to mimic a pipe. Then bought an e-pipe to use it on, lol. Then I grabbed the Aspire Quad Flex Survival Kit. You get all the hardware to make a NaughtyX, a RDA, a RTA, and a squonker. So, of course, then I bought a squonk mod. And a coil making kit. And some wire. And some cotton. Somewhere along the way I picked up a free (vendor reward) Aspire CF Mod because it gives out a constant 4.2V and I figured I'd eventually learn how to build coils of set resistance to get the Wattage I wanted. And then finally bought a Kayfun V5 clone...which works very nicely on that CF Mod.
