How do u feel about squonking? The thing that really got me going was making vaping more convenient than smoking. I've mentioned this thing on the site bunches of times, but I picked up a Vaporesso Aurora. It's basically the size and shape of a Zippo lighter. It even flips open like one. It's a little MTL stealth vape with great flavor that lasts about as long as a half a pack of smokes. I started carrying it in my pocket all of the time when I was away from home. Then I grabbed a Kangertech EVOD Pro v1 (18650) for about $20 with 1.0 Ohm atomizers. The thing is incredibly durable and gives an OK (not great but do-able) vape, along with a little eGo carrying case for juice/atomizer/battery back up. So the Aurora and the EVOD became my go to devices. Then I started looking at what I had and figuring out how to make everything MTL. Luckily for me there was a bunch of really cheap MTL stuff available because it became unpopular. I grabbed a Nautilus X tank and some 1.80 Ohm atomizers (the 1.50 are crap) to use on my box mod at home. I bought some TC coils for my Arctic V8 tank - went low Wattage and high temp limit to mimic a pipe. Then bought an e-pipe to use it on, lol. Then I grabbed the Aspire Quad Flex Survival Kit. You get all the hardware to make a NaughtyX, a RDA, a RTA, and a squonker. So, of course, then I bought a squonk mod. And a coil making kit. And some wire. And some cotton. Somewhere along the way I picked up a free (vendor reward) Aspire CF Mod because it gives out a constant 4.2V and I figured I'd eventually learn how to build coils of set resistance to get the Wattage I wanted. And then finally bought a Kayfun V5 clone...which works very nicely on that CF Mod.

Listopencil, can you Help Me, LOL. I got a Nautilus X survival kit and it's not very intuitive at all. I tried assembling it yesterday and wound up with a 2 ml Nautilus X without an airflow adjustment, and I have a feeling that can't be right. Diagrams and no words don't do much for me, unfortunately-- do you know of a good assembly video or which darn piece is the airflow adjustment, at the very least. It's all disassembled in bits in the case, now, and I am utterly confused.... It came as the RTA (I THINK???) and I have no idea how/what is the 4 ml extension, and I was kind of happy to start using it.... at first.
If not don't worry about it, I can google, I just wondered if there was something quick I was missing....

Thank you, Listopencil, then it appears I have it correct-- I guess the airflow topcap was giving me pause. Yes, I stared hard for a long time at all the diagrams and numbers. I did think that there was an extension as part of it, but if it's a separate kit, that makes a lot more sense. Thanks. I'll definitely use the video to check my work.
I appreciate it, thanks so much!!!![]()

Thanks for sharing!Greetings !!!...I'm surely not an expert but I've found the most important things for me to have some success at DIY are Simplicity & Organization...And I get it all into a pretty small area...Many mix by weight with a digital kitchen scale...I mix with syringes straight into the bottle by %...I tape a recipe behind each bottle and just run down each one like an assembly line...Just a few thoughts...Trig
1. My current set-up...The only thing missing is the recipes taped to the Microwave...
2. Before I Got The Storage Rack...Everything on a single dinner plate...Missing is the Big Shot Glass
for my syringes, the recipes and the extra empty bottles...
3. Done...Cap'em...Lable'em...Steep'em...

Hate when that happens!Cool, I hope the video helps. I ended up with two complete X's and two complete extension kits, which is good because I dropped my epipe at work and busted one of the 4ml glass pieces. Doh! I also ended up getting soaked in liquid at work with my little stealth mod in my pocket - and I killed it. Got the replacement in today and the only ones they had were the black ones with a big red girly kiss lipstick mark graphics on the side. Oh well. Not a huge deal. I'm rocking it, and no one else sees it on a regular basis anyway.

Idk how many times at work, which I drove a lot, I would lay my mod on my lap and forget while getting out off my truck..
Switched to cheap plastic tanks after a bit lol
