@listopencil are you still using/enjoying the Elitar? (Hope i don’t have you mixed up with someone else)
Yeah, I still have that Elitar. It works great. I just haven't used it much recently because I have grabbed some new toys since then.

I only got the mod also. I feel like it might go well with a tron tank - I wonder if the gold colors match (not that I really care). Did you get a pipe-y drip tip for your set up?Cool. I think you'll like it if you're after a pipe experience. I think it's a great little single battery mod. I only got the mod. I've heard that the tank that it normally comes with isn't all that great but I don't know because I've never used it, so I can't offer any first hand input on the thing. But I am very happy with the mod itself.
Yep...Chubby Stubbies...And just a little stiff from mild arthritis...Runs in the family...So tomorrow I'm gon'a dig that STM RBA out & see if I can build it...The little curved hemostats could be a big help...???...Maybe...

Man, I just spent another half hour on the Doggystyle.... I was able to disassemble it, but MAN. That thing just SUCKS. I think it's the screws that are flat phillips head not whatever those X screws are like. I just CANNOT get the darn wire trapped underneath it. I gave up in disgust (but at least it is disassembled, LOL) I wonder if I can replace them with the X screws, it's just impossible (for me) not to FAIL BADLY when using those screws. This tank is SO FRENCH (and I lived there, so I get to rant) it just wants to be DIFFICULT, annoying and rude, LOL.
I will update again later but that sucker just.... ARGH.
I think I shall try to replace the screws next time. SOMETHING. There's only so much RTA I can take at one sitting. Jeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
If it doesn't work next time I am giving it away.

Well, good to know if I fail, I may not be missing much, and yes people do rave and I really want to try it! @oplholik, I'm just gonna give the deck to the husband, he can find me the right hex screw, it seems to me he might have every screw ever made, stashed away in his tool SHED. LOL. I'll see how it goes from there.... I didn't throw it today, so I consider that progress....
Anna
My husband will know the size, so once I ask him, I will let you know if someone hasn't already.
TINY FLAT HEAD PHILLIPS SCREWS, yeah, that's a fantastic idea, Le Doggystyle designers. Thanks for that. Some really good choices there, LOL.
Anna
I prefer flatheads....lol. they don't strip as easy.
That's a good point. I like Phillips because it's easier to sit the screwdriver but a flat head will last longer when you are dealing with tiny screws. Especially if you have too much grip strength and find it occasionally difficult to moderate your fine motor movement. I just accidentally clamped down on my deck instead of wire yesterday and broke off the handle of my wire snips.

I always hate the hex screws because with the tightening it isn’t very smooth with the curved hex key
