@ChelsB - Several ideas, both available at Dollar Tree: (1) Little, clear, compartmented organizer box sold in the automotive/hardware section - has 10 small approx. 1.5" square sections + 1 longer section approx. 3" x 1". (2) The pill boxes as others have suggested. I'd use the larger, longer ones, because they're deeper and little zip lock type baggies with the various O-rings fit in them easier.

Does anyone have any clever storage/organization ideas for o-rings?

I keep mine in battery boxes. The ones that hold 2 batteries.

I only have 3 types of tank so I only need 3 battery boxes. Labelled with a permanent marker. I reckon rigid boxes are better than plastic bags because you know the o-rings won't get crushed or bent. For security I wrap some electrical tape round the boxes so they won't accidently come open in the tub where I store them.

There's room to keep spare screws and insulators in the same box as the rings, at least for the small amount of spares I have.

I've tried Rayon a number of times and went right back to Koh Gen Do. What's the secret of getting cotton like flavor and vapor from Rayon? I use Sally's Cellucotton and have tried it tight, medium and slightly loose. Is there a break in time for flavor to appear as opposed to cotton?

Dave, there's no secret and there's a "taste" (if one is sensitive to it) from both cottone and rayone. You do need to wick with more rayon that you would with cotton, as rayon does shrink (not from time, but from liquid).

I believe Mr. Ock gave some good instructions on helping the flavor break in time, and that method (prime, fire, prime, fire) works for both types of wicks.

Baggies. I like baggies. Easy to use, store, and find.

Since I travel a lot, I needed a way to take all my building supplies with me. What I found in walmart and target. Its a stackable 3 part storage plastic case which all hook together to take as one unit with a handle on top. The top case has sections and the bottom 2 are open to hold larger items. Next time you are in walmart or target look where they sell the plastic type of storage containers.

ps..trying to load pics, it won't let me....:(

try this

also found it on walmart . com....only its cheaper in the stores...Target was $9.00 I think

That's great! I love it!

But, for little things like orings, I think baggies are great. Very flexible. Can fit anywhere.

Excellent responses! Now all I need to do is decide on tackle box vs pill container vs etc...

Harbor Freight is your friend. Do a 'parts storage' search on their site, for an idea of what they have. They have a pretty good selection. If my spotty memory serves, I seem to remember you saying there was a HF near you.

Yep! Doesn’t everyone have a Harbor Freight near them or is it a west coast thing?

That platform would kill the power of the internet and turn in into a paid subscription service like cable. Fight it like the enemy it is.

I can see huge numbers of internet subscribers cancelling their online plan in protest. It's a shame that a public utility style service could become like Netflix or Showtime where you can only watch what they put on the menu.

The power of the internet lies in the ability to tailor your choices into bookmarks that fit your style of surfing and the right to surf any site that's available to determine if it's something you want to tag.

This one has me baffled. Either it's the end of the world or no big deal. I don't have the knowledge to figure it out myself.

From what I've gleaned so far it wouldn't have much effect on something like ECF. Maybe make it a little slower so that the paying customers can run a little faster. I haven't seen anything that suggests they would be actually selecting which sites they carry.

Supposedly some of the players have said they won't take advantage of this deregulation. If that's true it could sink the whole experiment. They would get my business anyway.

They claim it would unleash the corporations, resulting in more innovation and investment, leading to wonderful benefits for all of us. Yeah, really.

Seems like SOP for DC.

I thought this was signed into law as the internet being a 'utility' so to speak back in 2015 that was more like a free market type of thing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it......sheese, more encroachment into our lives and rights. smh.

I can only currently cite the impact on my costs since the initial passage. Mine have increased 56 cents per MPS since it passed. That's a significant increase, percentage wise (about 50%). I also haven't seen any significant improvements in my internet experience.

Both of these results are consistent with my expectations, some of which I expressed in other threads here (ECF) at the time.

Like you said, since it wasn't broken...

For the FOURTH time today, I’ve drawn blood poking myself with wire. It never ceases to amaze how sharp that stuff is. Ouch!

Build more coils. Get those finger tips toughened up enough and you can make the pros. :)

I have a 'Tile'. You can make it beep from your phone to help you find it. But, it's too big and clunky to be comfortable to put on a mod. They need to make one that can be attached as part of one of those mod bands.

So when I can't find my mod I'm supposed to remember where I put my phone??
