I'll never be fixed, but I feel more complete. My memory plays tricks with me. I have Parkinsonian dementia, and your mind has a way of "filling in the blanks". Not usually too accurately, though.

So it turns out that I was only active here for about 6 mos. July 2015 to January 2016. Somehow my mind turned that into two years. But now that I have the dates for my participation here, I can get a clearer picture of my vaping history, among other things.

It turns out that this time around, I've already been participating longer than the first time. So you folks really made an impression on me. You made six months seem like two years.

Thanx!

I know that feeling. Pardon me if I can't remember this in the future. It is what it is. This life, and all the temporary scenes therein, are just frames of individual existence, part of the big 'picture'. Or, maybe its just a fantasy? Either way, feck off. Not you but all of it. Happy sunday mate.

I remember back then, "vooping" was a major topic of discussion on this thread in the morning. So here's my bathroom setup. Currently a Wasp Nano MTL (I hate that term) on a SLVR STAR mod. Refreshing right after a shower.

You were warned.

This is Cinnamon, who I had to say goodbye to this morning. Sold her to a guy in GA, which is very cool, because that's where the wood for the body came from. Reclaimed from a barn (yes, they had so much hardwood that they framed barns in walnut, apparently) built in the 1930's. A guy who used to make bodies for me bought and "harvested" part of one of the two beams that were big enough to make into guitar bodies. This is close to 90 yr old walnut. Incredible stuff for making musical instruments from.

Then I did some more work on Caprice. Installed a set of Fender 70's style vintage tuners--love 'em--that are actually made by Kluson. But if you buy the same tuner under Kluson's brand, you don't get the cool backwards "F" on the back.

The Kluson brand ones are also a bit more expensive, for some reason. I use a lot of Fender parts. I like to think that I use Fender's parts to build guitars like theirs, only less expensive, with better wood, and much more playable...

I went to get an O-ring from an assortment that I bought from Fasttech last year. I had purchased it and thrown it in the drawer and not looked at it for months. So I unwrapped it, and found a not-so-vapecentric selection of O-rings:

What would you do with a 18 x 4mm O-ring? Anyway, while none of those sizes worked for what I needed a ring for, I did think of a use for the 20 x 2mm:

Cool new grip for my El-Thunder Lite! The shaft has grooves in it, which can be uncomfortable sometimes. Not anymore! Feels great in the hand now.

Hey, has anybody else seen one of these? I call it a "do not use" sticker:

"They WILL Break"--this is coming from either the manufacturer or distributor of the product you just bought.

POINK!

This is my favoritest vape setup ever and will be forever or until my vapemail from France arrives.

I am super well behind on this thread, I simply MUST state that this SENTENCE plus the associated pic, is going to remain my favorite of ALL TIME for a while..

. So I made a minor alteration to the cap to add some top air as well.

This is s a person who does not care for a restricted vape.

I was all jealous of the O-ring box too, and wanted to buy it.... but then I read further.

I have been missing out, clearly.

You have definitely missed a lot. Drop by more often.

BTW, that huge gash I made in the cap to the STNG only opened up a 1 x 2mm hole on the inside. I used a cutting wheel, so the gash is huge on the outside and tiny on the inside. Frankly, it's still pretty restricted...but it's actually vapeable now.

So, obviously, I'm no flavor hound, considering that my DIY has just .5% vanillin and that's it for flavor. It's intended to counteract the taste of cotton/coils that I always get when I vape unflavored. I rarely taste it much, but every once in a while I can really taste it, so I suppose that's a "flavor atty". Most prominently the Avocado 24 RDTA, the Apocalypse RDA, and the Serpent Elevate RTA.

So, flavors in small amounts help mask tastes from the atty, and, ever since I gave up on flavors, I've been using vanillin. It's a very good "background" flavor. But I'd like to maybe start having some variety there, so I'm choosing a few flavors to use in the .5%-1% range. The first one I chose is one I remember as being pretty mellow. Capella's Silver Line (?) Black Currant. I mixed up a batch (50ml) at 1%, and put it in a brand new Apocalypse RDA, built to .56ohms.

It tastes pretty strong in that Apocalypse. But that's the same atty that gives me consistent flavor from .5% vanillin. So I put some in a Serpent Elevate built to .9ohms, and the taste was all there. I like the flavor, but if I use it again, I'll definitely cut it to .5% I think next I'll try apple.

Any suggestions?

So, am I shamelessly posting pics that include Shiloh, my shop supervisor? Not really. She wants to be where the action is, so she frequently puts herself "in the picture". My other cat is my shop floor helper, Sasha. But she's really camera shy. I can only take pics of her when she's asleep. Like this:
Girls Sleeping 01.JPG

Okay, so that one was completely gratuitous, and shamelessly posted.

TVInsider had a Matt Roush Q&A with "A Whole Lotta Vaping Going On"...

My Comment to it:

"Caught the New Amsterdam "cautionary vaping storyline"...

Thought it would have been a little more "balanced" if it was mentioned that the CDC found...1. It was only THC (and not nicotine) e-juice that was involved in ALL the teenager hospitalizations...and...2. It only involved cartridges purchased on the "Black Market" but NOT legal sources..."

Perhaps...if you had the interest/time...you might go there and add your vaping Comments...

If I were a donut...(reincarnation?)...lying on a bakery shelf...I seriously doubt that I would shout out..."Please, Sir, take me!"...eventually ending up in someone's feces...

I think I'd rather lie there...ignored...turn stale and HARD (if I were still a male)...be thrown into the trash...and end up in a landfill...(hopefully by an ocean)...where I could continue to enjoy each day's sunrise and sunset...
