What is it with Americans that they have to deflect "nasty" things as if they don't exist? Like humming to yourself when someone is saying something you don't like.

But scotland has some very old and distinctive biscuits, cakes and confections that go down a treat with the beverages of your choice.
Tunnocks is scottish after all and many other companies that have since been bought over by foreign influences.
I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but I don't care.
Has anyone researched exactly WHY TW is doing what they're doing? It would only be fair and objective if we got both sides of the story. Sure, some things were said that may, in the future, be regrettable by the party(ies) who said them. I do understand why pillbox is making some conspiracy theory related statements, after checking out his side of the story.
I'm not condoning any of this behavior I'm seeing on either side here (I'll include myself, obviously).
I'm not trying to be inflammatory, I am, however, trying to be objective. Sure, we all make mistakes in judgement, we're only human. Let's try to move this forward in a civilized manner without letting our emotions take over. Go have tea, watch some tv, do whatever you need to cool off, then let's regroup and at least TRY to discuss this civilly. Please.
