I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but I don't care.

Has anyone researched exactly WHY TW is doing what they're doing? It would only be fair and objective if we got both sides of the story. Sure, some things were said that may, in the future, be regrettable by the party(ies) who said them. I do understand why pillbox is making some conspiracy theory related statements, after checking out his side of the story.

I'm not condoning any of this behavior I'm seeing on either side here (I'll include myself, obviously).

I'm not trying to be inflammatory, I am, however, trying to be objective. Sure, we all make mistakes in judgement, we're only human. Let's try to move this forward in a civilized manner without letting our emotions take over. Go have tea, watch some tv, do whatever you need to cool off, then let's regroup and at least TRY to discuss this civilly. Please.

While I admire the peacemaking sentiment I think anyone would have trouble doing any research as all relevant 1st hand evidence has been effectively censored since UKV was shut down.

As for second hand there may still be a few threads floating about with an unbiased picture from those of us who have calmed down via the joy of biscuits or large doses of beta-blockers.

When all is said and done, the only question that remains is...

My turn to ask you to explain. What does 'that band from the NIB CD's name' mean? The Bullring was a market in Birmingham which had a lot of interesting shops, and the fruit and veg market was there too. Then they demolished it, and replaced it by a huge shopping centre (for Americans, this should translate as 'a really tiny mall') and they put a sculpture of a Bull outside. I think he has a name. But I can't remember what it is. Does the band from the NIB CD's name make reference to the bullring? And to Brummies?

I agree with you on that. IMO, if what I read so far is somewhat true, instead of shutting down a forum, just don't go there anymore. If I don't like a news network b/c of all the BS I just change the channel. The thing that really bothers me about this whole thing is that small businesses are being hurt due to UKV being shut down. Those PV makers that use UKV to sell their products are left out in the cold! Not to mention co-ops and and such. I would like more facts on the issue, but I doubt they will ever be available until this gets resolved.
