Finally got the order today. I have a question for those of you with the Trifecta.

When you plug in the USB cable does it plug in all lopsided?

Like so

If this is normal I can see this causing stress on that really tiny rod inside, which can in tern break it.

Other then that so far so good!

no it should plug in straight.... please contact customer service...is the hole is lopsided or the prong? whichever is lopsided can be replaced for you.

Its a combination of both actually the hole/guide inside the battery is lopsided as is the prong on the cable. This would be just my luck. I swear electronics and me I lovem but I feel like I'm there kryptonite. Will call CS on Monday.

really that's so strange.....cause they are not made together.... I am so sorry....CS will straighten it out for you....no pun intended lol

Haha no worries things happen. Yeah at first I thought it was the plug itself and I straightened it a little myself (still not completely straight), but when you start to plug it in I can feel the cable shift as it alights with the internal plug. The main defect is inside with the plug, probably just got mounted a little of center or sideways.

Leaford if you manage to read this. Can I make one small design suggestion? I notice that when you look down the hole where the charging cable plugs into you can see the little PCB that is used for the LED. This leaves the PCB somewhat exposed. If you modified the newly designed end cap to have a small tube which connects with the internal plug, it would seal off that PCB and better protect it, eliminating unwanted things coming into contact with it. This would also create a longer guide for the cable plug. Dono if this has already been tried just thought I would toss it in there.
