It definitely out vapes a kissbox. It's not black magic, simple engineering. The small kissbox battery, even when fully charged, has an internal resistance. When you put a load on it (the atomiser) the voltage drops so a battery rated at 3.7 volts may only deliver 2.5 volts under heavy load.

The big battery in the screwdriver has a much lower internal resistance->lower battery voltage drop under load. The screwdriver may be putting out 3.5 volts under load.

These figures are just guestimates BTW not measured

when they are new pete those little buggers dont suffer a voltage drop.. they amazingly enough handle the load.. but not for long.. he he..

but u put it nicely no black magic just a device that is designed to work and not simply to be sold to a bunch of clueless westerners by the great chinese gizmo machine..

crap in a pretty box.. but its our own fault for wanting the impossible.. a battery up to the job in a little cig sized tube.. it cannot be done and wont be done for quite some time..

the chinese sell us what they think we want.. what happens after that they dont care.. but at least we have it.. thank the chinese logic for that..

most of the screwdriver comes from china.. its just been "altered" slightly.. he he

LOL Kit ,
No it's not that i don't believe anyone.

In fact i missed neds small post comparing it to the kissbox and your review made no comparisons between the two either.

what i'm saying is a good side by side review is what I would find helpful.

i have had a lot of emails about the device.. my advise to those who are not sure is simply wait and see what people say about them..

i have advised at least two people that the device isnt for them.. in short light users who ask if it will give a bigger "throat hit"..

a small number of people have placed their trust in the device and prepaid to make sure they get one of the next batch.. trust is something i place a high value on and thank these people for theirs..

the rest will go on ebay as buy it now items towards the end of the coming week.. there are no more pre-pay to make sure options left..

Can't wait to get mine, too :)

If it's just half as good as Ned and Kit says, I will soon be in e-smoking heaven on the best nic trip of my life going like .. he he he .. all the time

I've had a generic classic for a little over a week now, and it has not been smooth sailing. When the thing works as advertised, it's great. but it doesn't a lot of the time, and the constant recharging of batteries is really annoying. I find myself spending way too much time on maintenance, as opposed to real cigs, which simply just works.

I also have a super mini, which, in my view, is only a toy. I wish the suppliers would be a little more responsible and not try to push the super mini's as a real alternative to cigarettes. If it had not been for this forum, I would certainly not have continued e-smoking after trying this inferior product.

trog nice work it looks sweet. once these can fit the classic atomisers i'll be sure to buy one (gives me a chance to get the spare funds too). i'd love to use it with the 901 atomiser but with the aussie dollar being so sh*t everything costs a fortune to import. so the classic is all i can get here at the moment. can get the super mini but i classify that as nothing more than a toy. cant wait to see what upcoming things the trog crew produces. cheers from down under.:thumb:
