Could be a reaction to PG, could be dehydration.
Not an expert, but just a guess.
I've heard reactions to PG and dehydration are very common problems when people first switch over.

Start by drinking lots of water (lots) and then see if that helps after a day or two.
Then switch to VG if it doesn't.
worse comes to worse take a break from vaping. Your lungs are pretty important :3

I agree ith you ... Cos when I vaped PG I didn't have problems breathing but my chest hurt ... Then switched to PG and I'm fine now ...

Under no circumstances should you EVER use a neti pot. People have died from brain infections using them.

to be clear - problems with infections from using a neti pot come from using unsterile water and pot. the neti is fine and is recommended by my doctor. but DO use sterile water and do sterilize your neti pot before every use.

I feel much better, now that I have increased my water intake. I drink quite a bit of water anyways, and live a pretty healthy lifestyle. It just didnt occur to me that vaping would use more, and that when healing, you need more fluids. It has been 15 days, now and I feel so much better! Thanks to everyone who has given me advice on this thread!!!
