drilling the hole is one thing, be sure that as soon as you go through the metal you stop!
the size is something to debate about. I have been testing different sizes and so far 1.2 mm is the best with a variance of different juices and thickness. Right now I am testing 1.5 mm and will be finished with different set-ups by tomorrow, latest on Wednesday.
The location of the hole is only important for getting the most liquid out of the tank, but refilling is so easy, that should not be a big issue. Too low has minor implications, as well as too high IMHO. Around 8 mm measuring from the bottom of the threads is fine.
The ohm rating should be 3.2, that together with a 6V set-up is the blissful of the blissful

Hey Rob quick questions, are your 510 cartos the ones with the soft rubbery tip plug or they the hard tip plug (the piece at the end of the carto)? I got a pack from another vender that has the soft tip and these hit better than any cartomizer I've ever used.... there becoming my favorite even over regular and LR 510 atties.

Also will you be carrying the High drain 14500 and 16340 batteries? I want to prepare for the up coming grant and possible nano... :)

Hey grimmer,

Both the Boge and SLB empties we stock now have the rubber caps. And I agree, there isn't anything better...they make the KR808 cartomizers seem like old news.

The limited pre-filled we have still have plastic caps on them...when I order the full pre-filled line they will be rubber ends for sure.

AW 16340's I've got, 14500's I'll get and AW 18500 li-ion and LiMN are going to be here in a day or two :)

Hey Rob,
I'm not sure which 510 cartos I have. They came in a white box that says, "atomized cartridge" on the front and on the side it says "SGS" and in tiny tiny words "Dekang inside".

My question is which would you prefer Boge or SLB in 510 cartos? Which in your opinion gives the best vapor and great taste?

Sweet deal with the 14500's and 16340's going to be in stock. Im going to get a pair of each, stock up on 510 cartos and liquid next week. I'm just trying to get a list going now so come time to order I'm good to go. I'm still new with the 510 cartos and already there are several brands out there . :)

Those would be the Boge ones. I prefer the Boge but the SLB work just as well. They seem to produce a slightly warmer vapor and the taste is a little different. It's just one of those subjective things where you'd really have to try one to decide for yourself.

Cya!

Thanks Rob, what I may get a pack of the SLB to try out. Do the SLB have the rubber piece? But since the Boges are the ones I have I'm going to have to get a few packs of those. And thanks for the info. :)
