After many months of mods. You will see a few of my home built ones in my sig.
I got the screwdriver from TW. At first the switch would come loose during normal use, I changed the spring to a stronger brass one. Used a pair of pliers and a real flat head to tighten it. a LR 901 from east mall (they also have the batteries cheaper there).
I have found it to be a great product making great amounts of vapor. I just got my wife one. and I orders two more for my Friends.
Just a little tweaking and all is good.
PS I didn't like the charger that came with the unit. So I built a rapid charger at work. Microchip corp has lithium charger chips that with a few discreet components will make a great charger. you can get the battery holder and resistors and capacitors from Digikey.
