Two issues

I have two issue. I just bought a plume vail the other day.

1st issue: I've soaked my plume vail in soapy water, rinsed and everything and I cannot get the machine oil taste or smell out of it.

2nd issue: the plume vail on my 4nine keeps sticking and stays firing after I take my finger off it. Anyone experience this problem?

First issue...soak in alcohol...agitate frequently.

The higher alcohol content the better---Either isopropyl alcohol or drinkin' stock will do the job to degrease it. Sacrifice an old (or new) toothbrush for the exposed bits and pipe cleaners will help with hard to reach spaces.

If it's that nasty you may need to soak it overnight and then give it a good rinse under hot water before use.

Check your atty resistance
Clean and inspect your fire button

I've heard the 4nine magnets are junk and quit repelling within a short period of time. Maybe better magnets would help. I think fatdaddyvapes has them.

I have not tried it but I have heard Coke (the drink) will clean anything metallic.
