Going to throw a little bone @ the Tsunami, my experience with it... It can be a PITA with short coils, why? Well, unless your careful wicking narrow coils give your juice a direct path out the bottom, and all over making a mess. It can be avoided by taking care to wick, but it is something to consider. The Tsunami likes wider coils, and wider coils make it a much more care free experience.

I put narrow coils on my Tsunami and I have not had any issues with leaking. Leaking shouldn't be a problem if you make sure your wicks are not over the airflows, Also use nice fluffy wicks in your narrow coils

I think I pretty much covered it, I have two, and like another individual in this thread one is a POS and leaks easily. The other is fine. Not only that but after time even nice fluffy wicks can end up sagging, wider coils make it less of an issue. Just making mention of potential issues. It CAN be a problem if your not aware of it. Some bottom aif flow atomizers are much more forgiving then the Tsunami.

If your unlucky and end up with a leaky one and o-rings don't cure it, very careful wicking and careful dripping helps. Both of the ones I purchased leaked easily, one was cured by o-rings the other is terrible. Add all that with a vendor like VapeNW who entirely ignored my tickets and its not so great.

Sorry to hear you have issues with yours. Mine came clean as a whistle with no o ring issues or leaking. Maybe Vape NW still has the 1st run?

What about the Twisted Messes V2? It's 22mm in diameter, and the horizontal orientation of the post holes seems better suited to your preferred builds. The Tobeco clones are only ~$16.

Thanks for the suggestion! The V2 has an interesting deck and the two inner post holes are quite close together. I was about to buy an authentic one for $70 until I saw this little beauty:

It's the Infinite CLT V4, and it has both a Velocity-style deck and a Twisted Messes V2 style deck, and it's just $30. Bottom and side airflow, adjusted by rotating the drip tip. I absolutely love my CLT V3 Mini, and I expect to be very impressed with the V4.

I'm using 7 wrap 2.5mm 28ga SS on the Manta V2. Small chamber for hella flavor. Not huge airflow, but will chuck a good cloud and isn't necessarily restrictive. Top inlet airflow with flow directed at coil sides. Definitely one of my favorite RDAs.
ANY QUESTIONS?

But the Goon is still tempting me with it's nifty clamps....it's a tough choice. I'll probably end up getting both eventually.

Goon is killer except for the dumb posi post screw and washer on the bottom of the atty.

I will never remove mine for fear of repercussions.
