I would have expected in 2 months something would come in.

As with the others who are waiting for juices. Our "Smiles" are already gone or will be soon.

Hope V4L keeps us "Smiling" or returns our "Smiles" soon.

I can't tell you how many of those job descriptions I have seen... They all get thrown in a drawer, and the hiring manager simply chooses who they like. Then when sued, they pull them out of the drawer and say, look, nothing to see here, this is how we hire. I have to say though, for a job description, it's not bad (not counting the content).
