Unable to process orders?!

I had noticed the same problem. I took a look at the website and the following notice has been posted:

"We are in the midst of changing merchant providers. PayPal is not accepting any orders as of now. To place an order, please email your order to <email address>. Thank you for your understanding."

It looks like they were hit with the same problem that Evapers recently encountered.

I ordered a Silver Bullet from the site and got the above message. It took a few days to sort things out and used my wife's Interac account to expedite matters. As it turns out, I may as well have used snail mail and a cheque.

I completed the payment on 18 February but unfortunately, after making payment, it turned out the Silver Bullet was out of stock. I assume they are still out of stock, because I've had no word that my order has been shipped. :(

Bummer...

Thank you all for the support and help, and sorry for the hassles in trying to order lately. Our site is now accepting credit card orders again!!

We have a new merchant provider that is processing the credit card orders, but it will be better integrated into our site very soon.
