As noted the laws of supply and demand are alive and well in this instance, lol! I don't know what else to tell the angry mobs, the device kicks ..., yes there is a slight learning curve but nothing a person can't overcome just like any other mod. Yes, it sucks that you can't have it right away, I completely get that, mine is back with him for a minor repair but it is what it is. That Carlos chooses to work rather than spend his time addressing tons of inquiries is perfectly understandable as is your frustration. All I am saying is that no one feels the urgency to get these out more than Carlos and he is doing what he can and I know he can only do so much. You will be loving this device when you get it, you can rest assured of that, try to look at it like your ordered a rare hand built car, it takes more time than what it would take FordMoCo to pump out.

As a business man i can tell you this is not a case of supply and demand. Its obvious these boxes were put up for sale with the manufacturer not having any supplies to actually construct them. I guess the idea was that he would collect our money and then use that money to purchase supplies to actually build them. Question? How is that working out? But we dont really know do we because Carlos wont get on here and communicate with his customers....Get it...His Customers. As far as i know he is not banned from posting on the other forum but yet its the same song and dance over there also. I also notice that the only defenders seem to be those that already have a juice box.

And im tired of hearing "ask for a refund." I dont want a refund...i just want a product that i have paid for.

Rare hand built car? Mr Puffr made one of these in 4 hours and petercross made one in a similar time frame.

Dude I try to be patient and I understand the falls of an open forum, but please
I am not an owner, and I am patiently waiting just like you are.....stating that you just want the product you paid for doesn't make it come any faster AND it is
only stating the obvious from any consumer that spends money....
As a business man do the math on how fast you get your refund and if you don't get one THEN everyone has something to worry about.......

I am not trying to start a dialogue here with you so I ask EVERYONE this ONE favor.....

No that's actually closer to 1 box a day
6 boxes shipped on the 8th
12 (switchless) boxes "ready" to ship on the 18th
12 boxes/10days=

BTW: duck, this is update related stuff. The update is that these are going out the door pretty slowly. (oh wait, nothing new there, sorry )
Speaking of updates, duck...how 'bout updating your settings to 40 posts per page, so you aren't so put off by a 3 page thread. (<<this statement is made in the spririt of humor, please don't take it as a flame, duck) I thought I should add that, 'cause I could see how it could be taken the wrong way

Batteries just arrived from Deal Extreme. Got 2 Trustfire 2400mah and a multi-functional charger for like $16. Great deal. They took 2+weeks to get delivered, so under normal circumstances I wouldn't order from them, but with the JB wait its perfect! I highly suggest getting your JB batteries from there if you haven't already. So now i'm charged and ready! Snap! Don't forget to pre-charge guys and gals! No one wants to wait another 4 hours after what we are all going through!!! That would push me over the edge

I think I read that once JBs were being sold through avejuice anyway, order numbers were assigned to them amongst all the other product sales there. Meaning order numbers wouldn't tell as much of a story as they would if the number sequence consisted of JBs only. Only saw that once tho, not sure.

Its very easy to get updates truelove. Today is the 18th. 2 weeks from now on March 4th come back to this thread and you will be able to find a post that has about 8 names on it with JB's that are ready to ship....they will just need switches, boxes, atties, and paint.

mrpuffer uses a carto and the mini box uses a std rn4081.

How about people direct their energy towards demanding Carlos actually take 2 seconds to get approved as a supplier on this site so he can have his own sub-forum and can give us updates personally instead friends of friends passing along 2 sentences worth of information.

Here is what is needed to get approved.

Applying to be registered as a Supplier
Please include ALL relevant details in your initial communications because we find it very hard to take anonymous business owners seriously. We would appreciate:

- your forum username (we recommend you register as it helps us)
- website URL (if existing)
- full name (ie both names)
- your title / position at the business
- business email
- name of business
- business postal address
- trading / shipping area (continent / country / state, as appropriate)

Someone was kind enough to make a thread just for you to vent in. please use it.

Carlos is not required to do ANYTHING but provide us with a product or give our money back. He may have his own reason for not registering as a supplier, and that is HIS CHOICE to make.

You have choices too; you can choose to get a refund, or you can choose to wait. MANY of us here choose to wait, and would like this thread to contain primarily UPDATES. Let's try to keep this on topic.
