US Vapers need to buy a state and secede.

I'm willing to take in smokers, just for the #s, as long as they promise to switch to vaping within 1 year. If they don't they have to get out.

There was a thread about this a long time ago IIRC.

I recommend Florida…we'll kick all the non-vapers out. ;)

Good luck. :)

One better - Time for an all out Constitutional fight, not for the right to vape or smoke, but for equal protection.

Sugar is one of the unhealthiest things you can eat - And yet candy and sugar flavored substances are sold through the mail to all, including children who are encouraged to use a substance that rots teeth, increasing the risk of diabetes and a host of other diseases and can be shown to be addictive.

So political hypocrites - If you are going to restrict shipping and sale of vape products I want you to do the same for sugar - then we can begin with over salted fast foods, etc., etc.
You can all admit you are taking money from multi-billionaire 'reptilian' 'control freak'
Mike Blumborg'{sic} and go to work for a living instead of robbing us of our rights.

We don't need to secede. It's our Country and we need to through the bums out !!!

I agree. Secession will never happen. The Federal govt will use max force on any state that tries and they will win that fight.

It looks like Texas may be the first to try though. There is a bill in the state legislature for a referendum to secede.

Texas secession bill formally filed in state legislature
Rep. Kyle Biedermann’s proposal would allow for referendum on Texas secession

Maybe that's why they decided upon an independent electrical grid .. and, I think we all saw how that worked out for them ..

I know that many are holding out hope that outfits like FastTech will somehow circumvent the system and continue with business as usual .. and, I sincerely hope that works out ..

Me, I'm simply going to repeat what I've said before .. buy your supply .. those of us that have been in this Lifestyle for any length of time, saw the writing on the wall and planned accordingly ..

Do it now .. the clock is ticking ..

We wouldn't have had any problems except we were denied permission by DC from firing up our coal run electric facilities. As an independent nation, we wouldn't have had that problem.

This has been used on ECF debates since as far back as I can remember .. it's not moved the needle ..

2015 was the real end of the Vape Golden Age, that's when the war started .. we had maybe 9 or 10 years prior where things were pretty much unregulated .. then, the Vape began to really catch on and the opposition took notice .. prior to that, you had BLU TV ads populated by semi-celebrities touting the Vape .. it was practically a reminder of cigarette ads from 1960's .. and, many of these ads, as much as I hate to say it, were youth-centric ..

Combine that with a weak Lobbying effort, IMO, and what we have is what we have ..

Buy your supply, and the Peace of Mind that goes with it ..

Well, Frannie, can any of us be absolutely sure .. ?? If I live to 100, I suppose not .. however, my nic stash I would project to me being 140 .. but, I may have to drink it to use it .. or, maybe I could bake it into a pie .. ;)

I guess not 100%. But I think I'm as close as anyone can get.

Batteries are going to be the next problem IMHO, but that problem has a relatively easy remedy since it will be a consumer protection issue, not a tobacco issue. If you really want them, you'll still be able to get batteries if they ban the sale of naked cells to consumers, it'll just be inconvenient.

Other than that, keeping my nic stash vapable for the remainder of my life will be the biggest challenge and my main concern at this point.

I haven't been in this forum in a LONG time. I'm glad it's flourishing still. I haven't had a cigarette since 2011 after smoking 2 packs a day for 20 years. Frankly, this ban is depressing but not unexpected. We had ban worries even back when I started but this seems to be the real deal. My exit plan includes 4 liters of nicotine and just quitting all together over the next couple of years. It's too bad because I really enjoy. This is going to keep poor souls like myself on cigarettes forever.

So you are going to quit vaping within a few years then go back to cigarettes?

Or am I reading that wrong?

You need to DIY. I’ve mixed all my own juice for years.

TX would be the first domino. Other states would join them.
