"U.S. Senator Rand Paul has sent a letter to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy expressing concern over the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) forthcoming ban on the mailing of vaping products. Along with his letter, the senator forwarded a letter sent to him from more than 60 vaping industry representatives who say the proposed rule exceeds the USPS’s authority by being too inclusive."

Some have Argued that the USPS should to wait on Any Rule Making until after September 9th to Adequately Access just what Impact(s) a Regulatory Change would/will have on the e-Cigarette Market.

After seeing the post on another thread in regards to the Solo Kit on sale at Ejuices.com for 16.95, I decided to go for it. After tax and the $10 Adult Signature delivery, it was still just under $30; an okay deal, I suppose.

Looks like they sold out but might have the mods separate. It's a Geekvape Aegis mod. Single 18650. Very good mods.

The Solo Kit is the GV Aegis Solo 100W mod with the Cerberus tank. It was at Ejuices.com, not Ejuice.com. But, they only had Black/Red left when I posted about the Sale, and IIRC, only 17 of them were available then. They've also Sold Out of the Vaporesso Gen-S Mod Kit with the NRG-S tank, too...that I'd posted about and linked to.

But...they still have these In Stock at a terrific price, if you like a dual battery mod. Many people have bought quite a few for their "stash". They'd be only $20.08 per mod after the discount!

I guess I made a poor point of saying the Adult Signature delivery almost doubled the price of the kit. I've yet to sign for any of these deliveries.

I'm really happy with it so far. At some point, I'll gather up all the sub tanks I've received with these various kits and see if there's a trade for a MTL tank here in the future.

Thanks JC. Yeah, I have that, the Ohmie tank that came with the green Colossal Kit with the 5 coils, and one other that escapes me right now. I think it was the one that came with the Swag II kit.

I believe that they have about 250 PMTA's on file with the FDA. And are exploring Tobacco Free Nicotine (TFN) possible ventures. I also believe that TPB holds some TFN manufacturing Patents.

I've got stock in this company because last I recall, they have the most patents on file. But, they also have enough money, lawyers and clout to fight the FDA and push things through. They have the potential to corner the next phase of the ecig market.

I'd do some reading up on the battery cap. Quite a few people have posted on here about stripped threads due to the seal that's used under the cap creating too much pressure - you'll notice how tight it feels when you unscrew the cap. Many have suggested removing the seal to alleviate the pressure on the threads, but this will take out the IP67 rating aspect of the mod. A working mod is better than a safety net I suppose in that regard.
