If the government really wanted to stop the kids from tobacco and vape, why did they stop at the online sales?
Shouldn't they also require any vendor to collect name, address, and the rest, with a signature? I mean, anyone who sells tobacco, including the B+Ms, bodegas, gas stations. Since surveys show that is where most teens get their stuff.
If they were really concerned about the kids. (which I believe they are not, but only appeasing BT and BP)
(and of course I am NOT in favor of this, but just pointing out the flaw in their logic.)
(yea, like that's a difficult thing to do...)
