I ordered from ITCvapes 2 weeks ago and my package has been stuck in the same post office for a week. Why? I paid extra money for this priority 3 day and it hasn't even left New York. And to add insult to injury ITCvapes have been COMPLETELY ignoring all of my emails. Can someone please explain why USPS isn't doing their oh so difficult job of sorting pieces of cardboard? Can't say Ive ever been so inclined to start smoking again....my tracking code is 9400110200830554263353

Yeah, you're supposed to contact the post office 5 days after shipping and you haven't received it, with regular 1st class, and I think after 3 days with the Priority shipping. God only knows what happens, what black hole they fall into, and contacting them is an exercise in frustration, what with the long hold times and generally stupidity when they finally answer, but it does seem to light a fire under them.

It's nothing at all to do with ITCvapes or any other origin; it's all USPS and their general laziness and incompetence.

That sux but don't be too hard on ITC because it's largely an issue with USPS. Also, I've had packages arrive that still showed they were in transit and several states away only hours before it was placed in my PO box. Some of the tracking services are a JOKE.

I've had some stuff from ITC take longer than it should given the postage I paid BUT the quality and price of the juice makes it all 'OK' for me. Most of my ADV's come from them and now I know what I like and only order 250ml bottles. This makes it easy to use the cheap shipping and to have the patience for it.

Hang in there

if i may make a suggestion.

i see you're from south georgia.

maybe it's a good idea to order your vape stuff from southern states as often as possible in the winter time.

shipping anything to or from anywhere that gets "winter weather events" this time of year is a crap shoot. can you imagine driving a tractor trailer up and down mountain passes with ice and snow on the ground... and the delays that causes creating a backup in the warehouse and/or office as things get further and further behind.

i was up in newark this past week in a tractor trailer. they got snow. your package could be delayed or stuck under a conveyer belt that it fell off of when everything got too backed up... or anything in between.

i'd contact them... but try to have some patience with them... vinegar, honey, flies and all that....

good luck.

Excellent advice! When I first started vaping last year, it was right between those two massive snow/ice events from Georgia to Michigan and all across the midwest. I had just ordered from Killer-Juice, which is in central-ish Michigan. I was going totally bananas, and everyone who'd seen this before just laughed at me.

North Carolina is good to order from, for Georgians, but if there is snow in the Smoky Mountains, all bets are off. MyFreedomSmokes, MadVapes, AquaVapor, and BullCityVapor are all in NC, and the shipping is fast and *usually* reliable -- unless there is snow/ice, or some of those flooding rains we get in some years.

Florida's shipping is slooooooooooow no matter the weather. If you order something from anywhere in FL, be prepared to wait AT LEAST a full week, anytime. Texas has also been pretty good. Don't think I've ordered from any other southern states, although I did once order some ejuice from a GA company; it wasn't very good, but I was very very picky about my Virginia, at the time. :D MyFreedomSmokes' Virginia is the best, if you like that flavor. It's very similar to Virginia Slims.

EDIT: just remembered -- VaporKings in OK... their shipping has always been very timely; however because it's the plains, they could get hit with massive snow events in the winter.

I've never had any problems with ITC, USPS now and then, it's in transit it left Syracuse, NY a week ago and no further updates, you can call them and find out why it's not made it to a sorting facility near you at this point. I'd think it'd get there in 7 days from NY to Georgia unless it's lost in transit?

I have the same problem and I opened a claim with the Post Office. This is nuts, my packet shows it left Syracuse on January 3, 2015. Something is up with this post office, they must have a guy vaping all the packages, or they want ITC to pay more money for priority mail or something. Whatever the case is it is not right. I was going to post this on the ITC thread but figured the thread could do without the drama. Gald that you posted this, but sorry about it at the same time, I'm in the same boat brother.

BTW I'm in NJ so Syracuse is not far, not like the other side of the country like MBV is and I get my mail from Washington in 2 day at it's slowest 3. Something is up with either this post office, or ITC or both.

The way I take it is that there are other vendors, since I have not had my order I have taken my business to other vendors and ordered sample from other vendors. As I am sick of dealing with the POST OFFICE with their horrible customer service. Wait on the phone for half an hour for someone to pick up the phone. Then have them try to push you off from making a claim. Then them telling me here is your claim number but you can't call back for 5 days starting from tomorrow...WHAT?

Like I said I have put orders in with other vendors I will not be held hostage by USPS or ITC whomever my be at fault here. I ordered sample packs from VW, Ahlusion, HHV, Naturally Extracted Tobacco and I'm eyeballing others. How come Mount Baker can deliver a package from Washington in 2 days priority mail and the post office in Syracuse has lost may package? And I don't want to hear people chiming in that you should not order stuff in the winter from norther states...LOL My packet from MBV came in 2 days from Washington to NJ and it arrived yesterday! So much for the winter theory.

Even the post office was unable to give me an answer to where my package is. Obviously ITC gave them the package so I have to go lighter on the vendor for this, but there is something wrong that needs to be corrected this is unacceptable.

Let's stop the vendor bashing please as this looks like it's completely out of their hands. If it continues, we'll have to treat this as a negative review and delete the thread.

So you mean to tell me if there is a problem with anything that is negative about a vendor or the delivery service we have to delete a thread so more members get screwed?

No, you post in the proper forum. Reviews of Suppliers - Negative

There's a specific format that's required there and is one of the few forums that suppliers can actually reply to. This is why we do not allow negative reviews elsewhere in the forums, or vendor bashing.

Miss understood you, and I stand corrected. With that said...

But to be fair I did say I am not ...... at ITC as much as the Post office so perhaps you did not read that, point is moot but still.
I support the OP in his pain. Dumping 70 bucks down the drain and being on and off the phone for hours with an unresponsive POST OFFICE is not cool. Just glad we don't have a stupid policy in place like I thought you meant. Also why does it seem to be happening with this vendor more then others?

Tip:
Don't order anything in December.
USPS has lost the "we deliver rain, sleet, snow" moto.
They wonder why they are going out of business...

Maybe they should take the month off then :)

As many others have said....USPS has sucked for quite some time now. The saddest part of it is that they really don't care and aren't afraid to let you (or any1 else) know it. What I would (and have done) is let whatever places you do business with that this is an issue. Then request that they offer a UPS/Fedex option. If there are enough complaints (and most likely there are, or will be) These options will become available. Wouldn't blame ITC for this as long as they sent out your item(s) in a reasonable amount of time (1-2 days) good luck and sorry to hear about your unnecessary problem. What a shame...USPS used to be reliable, now they have become one of those businesses that can f-up a rainbow.

My vapemail package got to my local post office early this morning and they decided not to deliver it for no reason. My package from Amazon however arrived at the post office about the same time (a little later actually going by their tracking times) and it just arrived at my front door.

You are very lucky they did not vape it ....:D
