Sounds like there is a good showing at the meeting considering they had to ask all the 'tobacco' folks to give up their chairs for the prior bill.

They are just talking about the bill now. They voted and approved to sub,it the substitute bill. He's making his case now. He's calling them "nicotine candy."

This is a Committee vote. It will probably then have to pass the full House (if not another Committee), then Senate Committees, then the full Senate, then get signed by the Governor.

Great point from Jacinda Ross! The utility of e-cigs would be rendered useless without flavor. The flavor helps e-cig users realize how horrible regular cigs taste.

Oh for the love of F ... The tobacco industry has NOTHING to do with ecigs. If anything, they want people like her to BELIEVE THEY ARE behind them so people will hate their competition.
