V1 Adapter Stuck

Hi guys,

I know I have posted in a while but school life (just graduated) got in the way. I was wondering if anyone could help me here. My adapter for the 510 got stuck on my V1 Prodigy. This happen to anyone before? I prefer my 901 adapter.

is it possible you cross threaded it,if thats the case ,the only thing i can think of is to put some wd40 around the adaptor,then try to heat just the adaptor up,dont go crazy heating it up ,you have the rubber insulator around the pin,then try to unscrew it,besides that not sure, good luck with it

This may sound funny but it should work if it's just stuck.

Put the whole unit in the freezer, take it out and just put the tip in warm or hot water. Expansion contraction think will happen.

If nothing works send it back in to the shop. They might be able to get it off.

If you get it off use nolex on the threads before you do anyting else.

use noalox on the threads to keep them from siezing like that.

lowes.com has it for like $3 with free ups shipping.
or buy it locally if you need it quicker. (sure sounds like you need it quick)
get it asap!
