If nothing works send it back in to the shop. They might be able to get it off.

If you get it off use nolex on the threads before you do anyting else.

use noalox on the threads to keep them from siezing like that.

lowes.com has it for like $3 with free ups shipping.
or buy it locally if you need it quicker. (sure sounds like you need it quick)
get it asap!
