I'm playing chef today. I just finished putting on the stove my from-scratch spaghetti sauce loaded with my from-scratch meatballs. If I had a pasta machine, I'd be doing the noodles from scratch as well. And if I say so myself, my house smells heavenly.

As I mentioned in the Earth Day thread, it is my daughter's birthday. And even though she is married with a home of her own, she still comes home for momma's cookin'. This is her favorite.
