V4L unreliable! Poor customer service, no response at all, no support tel number in the websitel!

I just posted in the New Member section last Saturday about the missing items of my first ever shipment from V4L. This is my first time to try ecig and am really excited/anxious about it. When the shipment arrived March 12, the cartomizers were missing and no note on the Delivery Invoice was made nor in my order history online. I posted a thread asking whether Vapor4Life is a legitimate company as I was scrambling to get a Contact Phone number in their website. There was none! Which worried me. Numerous members of this forum reassured me that this company is reliable, etc. I sent out an online Customer Service ticket and have been trying to call the company today March 14, still NO RESPONSE! No follow-up. I will be calling my credit card company to cancel this transaction. I ended up buying my Marlboro here in NYC due to this. Very disappointed! With my research, several members in this forum have posted similar occurrences of missing items from this company.

Can anyone please recommend a DECENT and RELIABLE ecig company? Would kindly appreciate any input and advise as a Newbie and anxious smoker. Thanks.

#2 V4L is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

So I suggest you call or Email today,Monday.The first workday since your issue.I understand being upset when things dont work out but you have to be reasonable and give them a chance to rectify the situation.If you read around here you will see that they come highly recomended and have exellent customer service.

Based on how I have been treated since arriving at this forum, I would say that this is one of the best vendors. I had a nightmare with another, but they have been welcoming, great at communications, and overall just an amazing group to deal with.

Keep in mind that you were contacting them via email it appears over the weekend when most businesses are closed. If they are not back to you today, I would try via PM, but being that it is Monday, I think you will hear back fairly quickly.

I know with all of my questions, they have always answered promptly during business hours.

One thing I can tell you from being around here for a while, is that most of these complaint threads get taken care of quickly. SO be aware of that if you have not contacted them yet. V4L has a good track record(if not the best) for making mistakes right. Every company has dropped the ball at one time or another. As upsetting as that can be, give'em a chance to make good on the situation. Good luck! And welcome to ECF!

Laidback...call them..there are 2 numbers already in this thread. You should have gotten business cards with your order that also have the CS number on them. I've been doing business with them for 2 yrs..since they opened. I can vouch for the best CS on the planet. Sure there are issues with orders and it can be frustrating, especially for someone not used to the type of customer support they ultimately ALWAYS end up giving...I wish all companies had the awesome support they provide.

Please post back and let us know how it goes. I'm sure you'll be "smilin" soon!

Thanks all again. I was able to speak with Chad just right now and he said he will send the missing 18 mg cartomizers via Priority mail. He was very friendly and accomodating. Told him I was having withdrawal symptoms and ended up buying cigarettes yesterday and today as I had to finish the 8mg cartomizers that were shipped. Really felt bad smoking cigarettes but have no choice. He reiterated to me that he had to smoke cigarettes as well at the beginning of his shift to eCigs. That was reassuring to hear. I will wait and see until I get the missing items. Just in case I will be ordering extra cartomizers and juice. Thanks again for the support.
