V4L unreliable! Poor customer service, no response at all, no support tel number in the websitel!

Unimaginable customer service! I had a couple of small problems, sent them notification and WHAM! problem solved! Each and every time! I so believe in the product and people behind V4L, I gave starter kits to other family members knowing they would receive good service (and good value). Not only that, I recommended they start here, in the V4L forum, for an additional "family" experience because the people online are equally friendly and informative! Thank you one-and-all!

The C.S here is outstanding, I have had a few problems, my fault sometimes due to ordering, and sometime theirs. But you have to remember, two words Growing pains!!! I am not sure how many times I have seen stupid things like this on here. "Oh Saturday I called/emailed and sunday and no answer" It is the weekend, use your head, they are not 24/7. (Although... Not a bad idea Lol jkjk) But yeah, or the one I love "I called/emailed an 2 minutes ago, and I sent 100 emails and no answer" Ok, they are not based around you. They have I want to say over 1000 other customers to deal with, keep your pants on and relax.

The way I go around getting help on here during the weekends, is start a thread like this:

"V4L employees"

Then what I want to say is something like this:

If anyone from V4L is on please pm me I need help.

Then I go to my pm's once I see I got one, tell them what is going on, if I have an "emergency."
 
There are many people mentioning how good the V4L customer service is but personally I have found it to be NON EXISTENT.
I raised a ticket on Monday 6th June, it is now Tuesday 14th June and i still do not have any reply. Now that is not a over a weekend or over a major holiday, but it has managed to get to over 7 days old!
But wait! thats not all!
i ALSO emailed the "Customer Service Manager" "Mark" directly using the email address he has provided on these forums on 7th June to raise my concerns on the complete lack of product descriptions on the website and instructions in the package i received. But ofcourse, there STILL has been no reply.

I find it absolutly laughable that they claim to have any customer service at all considering they cant even get back to their customers in under 48hrs. Not to mention the fact that their "Live Chat" is always unavailable.

I will admit that their shipping was very fast, but I didnt know that untill I acctually received the goods as I was never able to track the item or receive confirmation that it had been shipped.

I dont think I've ever dealt with a company that had such poor service before and I am incredebly surprised that so many people put up with this sort of rubbish.

v4L PICK UP YOUR GAME!

V4L's CS has been top notch from my personnal experience. I do know that they had some sort of a computer problem recently. I called their CS Phone number listed on their website and was imediately taken care of last week. Their CS is one of the main reasons I'm still a loyal customer. (Their product quality is the other reason) V4L for life! I do hope they make you one soon too!!!!
 
I dont quite see why I should have to sign up to a forum on a different website, search through posts to find the right people attached to the website i have the issue with, then PM those people through the forum on a different website, to ask them to answer a question i sent them through their own website?
I mean seriously, why do they even have a ticket system if they prefer to use these forums?
They dont even mention these forums as a place to contact them so unless you already know of ecf or happen to find it while searching for other info, you would never get a reply but the sounds of it.

One would have thought that you would check your email and own websites ticket system before another websites forum when replying to customers regarding their issues. But I guess thats just me.

Awful charming fellow, though.

I am in Aus and yes, I had considered the time zone difference.
But last time I checked, Aus and the US were not over a WEEKS difference.

I go directly through their website. Called the phone number listed on their website. They apparently had a problem with their system. Would you like me to go to THEIR website, get the phone number and post it here in this forum? Would that help you? Also, on their website, you can check your ticket status. did you get a ticket number or is that the start of the problem? Maybe resubmit a ticket....They had a problem with their system. They have been very fast with the issues I've had in the past. I believe they will be with you too. Please try submitting new ticket or checking status of old one. I am sorry that you are off to a rough start. I believe they would be too, if they knew of your troubles! Hope this helps you :blush:
