There is also the number on the website...if you click just to the left of it there is a drop down to contact them....will not do any good right now as it is 8 pm there now, but that would be their live chat during business hours
Where is this place you click to the left of the number to get the drop down for live chat? I have looked and cannot find it. Like the OP, being in Australia means a phone call can be quite expensive. I'm not set up for Skype yet.
Plastic_Pocket, I use the Ticket System, generally I get a reply the next working day (allowing for time difference) but sometimes it's longer. [Weekends are nuisance! ] I have had to follow up on my ticket, once I think, when I didn't get a prompt reply. You can go into your ticket via the link in the website, and check its progress or send a 'what's happening?' message. PM me if you need a walk
through that.
I do think your problems must've have been when there was a problem with the ticket system, which is most unfortunate if it's your first order with them. As everyone says, V4L rectify problems, this is something they do very well. True, it'd be better if rectification wasn't needed, but they are human too.
