I have 4 min pins and 2 cats. Most of these are rescues from abusive/abandoned homes. One cat was born with deformed legs but she gets around fine by scooting along.

My oldest son is a brittle type 1 diabetic with lots of health problems, will be 43 on Thursday. He is a fantastic artist but doesn't do much drawing anymore. Youngest is 26 and starts her 'entry level' programming job today. Prior to finishing degree starts at 56K as I sit here with degrees making much less money lol. Middle child is a self employed charmer who was once one of the top time share salesmen in the country.

I once owned a house that had been owned by a murderer/courier robber who hid the money in the house. The FBI found some of the money inside the house but not most of it. I found out about all this when he got out of prison and started watching the house. He also sent me a letter asking if I 'found' a skull ring that he left behind and telling me not to touch it as it was cursed. Yikes. We never found any money but I am sure his attorney would have found it since he got the house for his fee.

    this is so CRAZY

Yes, scary at the time. I have a knack for weird happenings. I sold that house and years later by accident found out the person I sold it to was the mother of my boss at the time. None of us knew the connection since I had long forgotten the buyer's name. It got even weirder since I later discovered the same buyer bought a condo where I was president of the homeowner association. I almost felt like she was stalking me, too .

I went to Zimbabwe, stepped on an accasia thorn that went straight up through My Nike's and into the bottom of My foot. I sat on the doorstep of a hut while a missionary doctor who happened to be close by took a scalpel and lidocaine and surgically extracted the broken off tip of the thorn. He said it would have gotten infected if left in and potentially could have lost a leg by the time it bothered me enuff to be a nuisance.
