LOL at Noodle Head!

Also Lisa, The lower the ohms, the warmer the vape, greater the throat hit and (to me) more satisfying the vape. But lower ohms also drains your battery faster. There are also crazy technical considerations about amp limits and what not. Your best bet, on a standard 3.7v eGo or similar, with their lower amp limits, is to keep your resistance around 2.0 to 2.5. Much lower, and you could fry your eGo, higher, and the vape won't be very satisfying because you can't push enough power to fire them hot enough...

Your mileage may vary.

#4 on 12/27/2012 - Thanks for the explanation, boardopboy! I don't like any throat hit - in the simplest terms, I like to blow vapor and taste the flavors! Sometimes, I just sit rotating my clearo'd PV and puffing out 3mls of vapor! I can't even stand the nicotine any longer, I just save the juices with nicotine for when I am antsy and find myself thinking of analogs.

#5 on 12/27/2012 - I am doing a 50/50 blend. This 50/50 already seems a bit thick to me & hard to fill my little 1ml cartos with. Once I get an order of PG & VG in I will test out a higher VG percentage to see if the vapor amount is greater and if I like it.

You can always use more VG and thin it a little with distilled water. However, I use the 80% VG with my Triple V tanks and don't have a problem with it. Other tanks might be different though.

CHAT - Nah, I've got Ray's polypro & pyrex tanks filled with my favorite juice and I have had no problems with any of them wicking or leaking. The rest of my tanks I will have to replace since I waste more in alcohol, paper towels, and Q-tips cleaning them up than I paid for them :/

12/27 Entry #1 . . .

Heh! I am a noodle head :p I have gotten both LR & SR cartos! I did find this though:

Low Resistance <2.5 Ohm
Standard Resistance 2.5-3.5 Ohm
High Resistance 3.5 - 4 Ohm or above

YOU ? ? ? Then what does that make "Me" - CAREFUL DON'T SAY IT - I already know . . .

I've been at this for over a year and I am still trying to figure this all out . . .

bang-head-on-wall.jpg

AND - Honestly, I don't think I will ever get it, especially with all the different things "You" need to remember all at once . . .

I really wish someone would come up with a simple chart about what works and goes with what . . .

More Importntly, I wish Vendors would LABEL their DAM Products . . . It is HORRIBLE when they all look the same, but have different names too . . .

NOT NICE -View attachment 164012 - especially when "You" to pick-up an Atty to test "Nicquid" and find out it is the wrong resistance to be using with the battery you're using . . .

Okay - Rant Over - Steping down from soapbox . . .

Quite a difference from all those years of smoking. Now, I just hooked on the vaping process.

YEA - Just remember "We" are "ALL" hooked on that "Oral Fixation" thing . . .
