I pretty much agree. It was my choice to smoke, it was my choice to quit. I am only accountable to me.

Encouragement really helps.. and a healthy respect for what you are trying to do in overcoming what was, for me over a half-century addiction.

Was only 20 for me... but a little encouragement feels good no matter how long it's been. What comes from you guys and ecf as a whole goes a long way. Wonder what its like to get some from the single most important person in my life.
