2. We had freezing rain overnight...it's 32 degrees, my car is iced over...in fact evreything outside has this thin white sheet of ice, kind of neat looking but I don't look forward to driving on it when I go to work shortly![]()
give me a little bit and ill post two different brines you could use for the turkey. Then from there you take your pick.
4 quarts water
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup sea salt
8-10 whole cloves garlic, peeled
6-8 whole bay leaves
3 large sprigs of thyme
2 teaspoons whole peppercorns
Place 2 quarts of water and other ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil, dissolving sugar and maple syrup. Remove from heat, add remaining 2 quarts and allow brine to cool completely before using. (you can use ice to do this and it will help keep the brine where you want it for the turkey temp wise.)

I am just coming back to vaping after about a year where I fell off the wagon and went back to smokes. Anyone got any great juices they would recommend?
