im hoping i can contact them tonight(since they're more active at night time) and regardless of what they want me to do, imma still open up a dispute that would atleast give me another 15-18 days and if by then the item still hasn't arrive i will ask for a refund.

I believe I would do that, too. I was just on their site and the chat button shows "Online".

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones... My SS Vamo arrived today, and it's beautiful. :)

It has the CE markings and gold spring. Build quality and finish is really good, better than I expected. And it works great.

Ordered on 2/27, shipped 3/1, delivered 3/18

I may gamble again and order another one at this price.

Glad to hear it Dave, gamble it is though, if you keep ordering you may get lucky. Anyway, enjoy your new VAMO!

So i got a hold of karen again, said to give her 1-2 days to get back to me as they need to contact china post to find out what's going on. She said its odd that its taken so long. I also told them i would be opening a dispute with paypal just in case. So hopefully will have an answer with 1-2 days, if not ill probably get refunded by paypal within 10 days.

Definitely keep on it, the deadline looms. I hope it shows up on your doorstep before it's necessary though.
Well it looks like the first tracking number they gave me was bad. Never showed anything, however the just sent me a new number and it says transporting. I guess that means it is in the system? On the boat?

This happened to others earlier in the thread. Some got the order, and I think some canceled the order. Some speculated it was a delay tactic because products were out of stock. Maybe someone who experienced this will chime in.

im really whatevers about it to be honest, i got an evic on the way should be here in a few days so if i dont get it, ill be happy with just a refund.

I was planning on ordering the same, How are the carto tanks compared to the boge f16?

The tanks are prrety nice. Built well.
I bought the 3.5ml for my aunt. The only problem I see is that a regular Boge carto does not fit inside them. The smok cartos with a flange do though. So no problem for my aunt. I would not want her pulling her driptip off and yanking out the carto.

She said she needs to talk to her boss(min im assuming) and see what kind of solutions he want to give me because she can't make decisions on her own. Said she will get back to me, so im planning to contact her again tomorrow and if they can't give me a satisfying solution then ill just leave it up to paypal to handle it.

Hey Monk33, you better contact paypal before time runs out. They will do anything to pacify you and then do nothing about the problem.
