its been a whole week and i still havent gotten my refund even though Karen told me i'd get it in 1-2 days. Contact her today and she said "we'll get it done this afternoon", for safety reasons, i emailed myself the transcript of "karen saying that i'd get a refund" so i can show it to paypal if i dont see it tomorrow.

Good thinking there Monk, hope they send it, but it sounds just like more pacifying bs to me.

Update on mine. After recieving a new tracking number from Vapor Break, I've been seeing "origin post is perparing shipment" for the past week now. Its now been 24 days since I placed my order.

Mine just showed up at my house randomly. Shipping never changed from opening status

Update on mine. After recieving a new tracking number from Vapor Break, I've been seeing "origin post is perparing shipment" for the past week now. Its now been 24 days since I placed my order.

When did yours get the status of "opening" (on 17track or similar)? Mine has just said "opening" since 3/8. It's now been 37 days since I ordered. I was told by Karen that it should arrive this week, but I'm doubtful. Going to file PP dispute on Friday if it's not here yet.


I decided to follow in the same fashion as Kaywalsk, so I bought a chrome Vamo from Exhale Vapors last night. Took them 12 hours to ship it out (ordered at 12am, shipped out at 12pm), instead of 12 days like from VB. If my VB Vamo does show up, then I have a backup Vamo, which I have no problem with. :laugh:


Hopefully yours is on its way across the ocean right now and will get to you soon! Maybe it'll just show up like Atlexus' did.

How long ago did you file your dispute with PP, Monk33? I can't believe they are still trying to jerk you around like this. I thought that VB had like 10 days or something to resolve the situation with the dispute before PP was forced to make a decision...? If PP still hasn't contacted you, just update the information with PP on the dispute page saying they still haven't issued a refund to you (which I'm pretty sure you can do; it's been a while since I've had a dispute, sorry).

Sorry this is happening to you; it really sucks. Unfortunately, it's looking like I may be dealing with the same situation at the end of the week if my order doesn't get delivered. I hope you can get your refund soon.

Oh, and good on you for emailing the chat transcripts. I've been saving every single one, so I'll be prepared if it comes down to it.

Thanks, I just sent her a message just stating that I'll wait as long as I can but if I dont receive it 35 days from my purchase date, then I'll have to file a claim with paypal. I really dont want to do it, I have enough faith that I did place another order with them a few days ago, but I dont want to lose my money either. I'll just keep counting the days and day 34, i'll contact them again if I dont hear from them.
I had to start a Paypal claim for one of my orders from them (I had two previous orders including a Vamo which arrived in good time) because they wouldn't answer my e-mails.
The buggers have now deleted my account.:ohmy:

i just checked and my dispute was started on the 18...guess its time i call paypal....

just spoke to Paypal right now and they granted the dispute in my favor. Im done with vaporbreak and their beating around the bush tactics. GL to all else who orders from them.

Glad to hear it. I'll be the next one to be filing a dispute. They gave me a tracking # that is not found that was over 2 weeks ago. I got in contact with them last night and they told me the tracking # is good and to wait a few more days for it to work. You've got to be kidding me, what a crock. I'll give it a little more time for the package to show up, like 30 days from ship I think is fair, if I don't get it by then I'll dispute. I'm also done with them, not worth the headaches to save a few bucks.

BTW even if you get your package you better hope your vamo or whatever you order works. I got a DOA vamo from them, not worth the hassle to send it back to them and then hope by some chance they will refund or send you another.

Well that should tell you something! If they truly were doing honest business, why would they find it necessary to delete your account?

Did you get your money back from PP?

If they had better customer service i wouldnt mind dealing with them. I have to admit they did improve their CS a little bit by getting a girl that can speak half broken english to talk to us. I was just tired of them not following through with my refund. If they tell me i'd get it in 1-2 days then i better see it but after waiting a week and then contacting them and not receiving it still was just my last straw. Im glad it worked out for the other members but i guess vaporbreak isn't in my destiny.

No problem, i was busy with house renovation this whole week so i didn't get a chance to follow up on vaporbreak till last night so i came back on here to update everybody.

It seems like the process of China Post airmail is random and depends on destination countries.
Or possibly it is just upon Chinese custom officer's mood.

I placed my order on March 4. VB said SS VAMO was unavailable although there was no notification on the web site.
I was informed on March 13 that my package was shipped.
The first tracking info was available since March 15. And, just I began to wait....wait....and test my patience.

Last year, when I ordered from HC by China Airmail, it took almost one month to arrive.
It was OK since the customer service at HC was really attentive....

VP still needs to improve its customer service if they want to continue its business with non-Chinese customers.
