The real question is why do my fellow Canadians keep voting in this nazi government. It confused me when they won the last 2 elections. Canada has been sliding down hill since i was a kid and this gov doesn't help it all.

Fact of the matter is no matter who is voted in they have the same "Global agenda" - they are like the WWE wrestlers it's all a show. The Conservatives hate the Liberals the Liberals hate the NDP but at the end of the day they all meet up to have dinner and beer.

Doesnt matter who we get, we could get the most pro vap guy in office but because Canada has no brains to think for themselves they are following the FDA. God forbid Canada should grow a brain and think for themselves. I hope this is just a bump in the road for us. I dont want to have to walk down yonge street and go in back alleys to buy juice.

Ok, I think everybody just needs to take a deep breath and relax. HC has always been against the sale of Nic juice, it's not new. Happy Vaper has not carried Nic for this very reason. I'm a bit unclear and worried about some of the phrasing of the letter that Vapables received, but I do not think that this is the end of the vaping world.

There will always be a way to vape. If it's regulated, we just get our docs to write up a prescription. If there is a ban in the country, we order from outside. If Nicotine is the issue, I'll wean off it and vape without Nic if I have to.

Let's not blow this all out to hell, and calm down. Grab your favourite PV and juice and vape on. We'll figure out a way around this BS. :)

I have a relative that is a bona fide drug dealer. Currently in jail. Maybe when he gets out I should look him up to hook me up with some Nic. :) Sorry I know. It's not funny.

I think as Canadians we will find away around it no matter what. We shouldn't have to but we will.

That would be cool, then I wont have to worry about shipping charges lol

I think at this point it seems relatively easy to understand that "openly" discussing the how's, where's, and what's, where "anyone" can freely read it should be stifled, or at least choose our wording and information depth more wisely.

Frankly, we've been quite too loose lipped with our information for a while now, and only made it easier for the powers that be to identify and flex their muscles towards any vendor in efforts to play "their" strengths within the "regulations" granted them, regardless of the known health benefits we have all experienced leaving us wanting to scream at the moon about all the mis-truth's and outright lies being grasped onto to make our chosen path of harm reduction appear dangerous and/or illegal.

we'll also have to see how far and in what direction all this is going to go.

What direction? does anyone have enough money to fight HC in court? Until we can fight HC will continue to flex their muscles. I think vendors should have password protected sites for customers only, ASking where to get juice on the boards should be a no no. This is just my opinion take it for what its worth. I think all discusions about juice and where to get it should be in private only and never mentioned on the boards. Sucks, but HC is making it that way.

It's time for a class-action suit against Health Canada, folks. No ifs, ands or buts about it. The law is on our side. All we need is to get organized enough with a good legal team working pro bono & slowly but surely, we - will - win.

I may have some research to do, but I'll do it. Understand that. No more sitting around, passively waiting for whatever may happen. The moment we all thought might come is here.

The gloves are off.

HC is the ape.

As I have said before, I would rather vape on my feet than smoke on my knees... And taking away Nic in our juices is pretty much ripping the devices from our hands... At least it is in my case. HC shouldn't be allowed to do this to people.. Didn't the FDA shut down vendors a while back in the US? Maybe this is HC flexing their muscles in their own way...

Either way I think we may have reached a point where exposure will be risque and lists of suppliers will have to be underground. I don't think I want to hand HC a clean little list of anything, so I think it is best to hush ourselves considerably and retain what we possibly can. We need to count our losses and just persevere, as it is all we really can do beyond the lawsuit.
