Why are they pushing a ban on vaping and not cigarettes?
They don’t necessarily want to ban vaping. They just want to continue to get paid by their big tobacco and big pharmaceutical buddies.
I wish there was a sad button. I’d wear that thing out faster than a pair of DP’s polyester slacks.Should I click 'sad', 'funny', 'winner' 'love' or 'agree'?
When in doubt select the rainbow.
In that case, I’d use the “tool” button. But I am not 'optimistic' about the relationship between elected officials, industry regulators and the industry regulated.

Another reason is taxes. The federal excise tax for cigarettes is about $1.00 per pack and my state tax is another $0.37 per pack. Vaping basically is just sales tax in my state (6% of the sale price). It isn't so much that they want to ban vaping as they are protecting their existing tax revenues. Why are they pushing a ban on vaping and not cigarettes?
Thank youThank you
