In my neck of the woods, I don't know of a single place that 'allows' vaping - if you ask first - if they don't concurrently allow 'smoking'. I know the legalities, and by the letter of the law, it's 'legal' nearly everywhere in Kansas if it isn't specifically posted (the state did not/has not yet added e-cigarettes to the Clean Air Law) ...but the reality is far FAR different. It almost seems like, if there is NO posted policy, the inherent policy is "NO". At least, that has been my experience so far.
