I wanna know from You & Pri, after reading the lyrics, did you enjoy it? Wasn't it brilliant! He's so well-spoken and to me those are qualities in Hip Hop that go unrecognized often because of Big Business and flashy cars and all the junk on Mainstream media.

Tell 'em this for me:

I've listened to a lot of great mixtapes from the underground's best. It is very hard to believe that he has only been taking this seriously since not so long ago because he has the wordplay, and lyrics of a vet. There's something said for an artist that isn't afraid to reveal his insecurities, regrets, and aspirations to the listener. In my opinion, what really separates a regular mixtape guy from an artist who has the potential to craft a complete album is the ability to make those introspective songs that give you a sneak peak into the fragile parts of the mind. Wordsmith not only holds his own, but in my opinion upstages most the guests on his tapes, which includes some underground heavyweights. Its not a knock on them either, because they all bring heat. He just seems to have more hunger and passion behind his rhymes, you know. Honestly, its just banger after banger with this guy and there are too many dope tracks to mention. But this is the type of song ("The Limit") that an average rapper could not pull off, but Wordsmith succeeds and just ends with a bang. Look, you only have once chance to introduce yourself to the world and Wordsmith did it for me.

ok RHP, I think they are quite poignant and well written ..the hip hop rap lyrics are written so differently than others....I had to read it over a bit to 'catch' it all but I think they are very powerful and touching lyrics....I think he is great at writing them too.....that is one genre I am not as familiar with as others...just knowing what I do ...I think he is fantastic..and what a great way to bring that issue to the fore...especially since so so many young people listen to it .and I agree with Dale, that is a very strong and spiritual line in the song..albeit sad*..I am so very glad you shared it RHP and oh..I am so happy Dale is delivering your messages for you how special is that...aww love it* {{{{hugs}}} xoxoxo PS would sure be nice if you had FB*
