When do you get the most frustrated?
When does it seem that everybody stands against you?
When does it seem like absolutely nothing is working out?

I’m going to take a guess that it’s when you’ve lost control of the situation.

Everything was set up to go just so, and it didn’t, and now you’re frustrated. The more you thought things were under control, the more frustration you have when things go out of control.

Want to get that frustration under control?

Consider life. Every bit of it.

Not individual lives, just the phenomenon of life.

LIFE in capital letters.

Where does LIFE truly enjoy being controlled?

Hasn’t LIFE always rebelled against control?

And, honestly, don’t YOU rebel against being controlled?

Now, open yourself up to the idea that everything we deal with throughout our lives is either alive or is related to life in some way. Even those things that we see as non-life, such as our car… computer… telephone… are related to life in some way. After all, didn’t an element of life create them?

So, if everything around us is alive or related to life, is it really any wonder that they rebel? That they “go out of control?"

Life does not respond well to control, but it does respond to benevolent influence… a guiding hand, if you will. Even those things that are inanimate seem to respond well to benevolent influence.

When you’re Taking Back Life, don’t try and control it. Influence LIFE with love, compassion and benevolence and you’ll notice something spectacular.

Life will start jumping into your arms.
