I started vaping to save money and found I liked it much better than smoking anyway.I started vaping because it's not smoke.
Also, can we ban Axe and most perfumes indoors? that would be great....
Yes, one usually has far fewer ingredients and is intended to dissipate, the other doesn't even list ingredients, and is intended to linger. There's a big difference between a body spray and a multi chemical vapor. And even if you really think all perfume, cologne and body spray should be banned, or if you don't want to be forced to smell it, how does that validate your vaping indoors around people who may not want to be inhaling it?
It is not anyone's intention to make an unpleasant environment. Maybe I don't spend enough time in Walmart? Are people actually sitting around vaping, or are they passing through doing their shopping and taking the occasional puff? But why would you make an unpleasant environment on purpose if your intention is to continue to use the device, I guess is my question.. You're basically saying I want the right to purchase and use this device, so I'm going to make an unpleasant experience for others with it.
Here's the thing, I actually do care, I am as considerate in person as I am online. If I were noticeably making someone uncomfortable with my vaping, I would probably stop. If someone asked me to, I definitely would. I also don't take a puff at every step, I use too high nicotine to do that. But that's the thing, you don't care if you make an unpleasant environment for other shoppers, and you just list other unpleasant things to excuse the unpleasant environment you may be creating. It's not a good advertisement for vaping to do it in stores. I'm obviously against banning it in personal apartments or cars or whatever, but the last thing I want is for everyone to all run to their local stores and start vaping inside because that's not going to promote anything that any of us want. Your theory that it's not harming or bothering only works when only you're doing it.
respect has nothing to do with it.It's not really about hiding it away like we are ashamed or it's bad... It's about respect. Vaping has became pretty mainstream at this point. I remember when I first started it was like "Oh my god what is that thing?" when people saw my e-cig. Now it's just another thing. Even when I chuck a cloud with my sig 150 in a parking lot now it hardly gets a look anymore. I might get another person that asks me about it, but it's because they are a vapor and they want to compare gear. It's not because they don't know what I'm doing like it used to be. Educating people about vaping doesn't require a demonstration.
the reason they are passing all these bills is because they can. This is a joke right? If not I hope it is sarcastic. You're thinking is the reason they are passing all these bills. Please stop vaping because you are going to ruin it for the rest of us, do you not get that or are you that simple and don't care about other people. You have obviously have this false sense of entitlement, get a grip your the problem in our group, you want to ruin it for the rest of us don't you
