Hi, I ordered some things on October 8th. On the website it says that you guys usually ship items quickly. I haven't gotten an update whatsoever and the website isn't working for some reason. Can you, @low_tar_neil , please give me some sort of update/tracking number if possible? I'd greatly appreciate it!
