So i just read through a few threads on the subject but they were all from a few years ago. Being fairly new to vaping (6mo) i am curious to see if any habits or opinions have changed.

I chain vape in my truck and at home. I do have a 3 year old son and i just make sure I'm not fogging the room out if he's running around and if he's in my truck i roll the windows down. I will vape in public places like the mall or a store but I'm considerate and don't draw attention to myself.

I'm not usually in a store for more than one hour so I can just leave it in the car. If I absolutely have to bring it with me i'll stealth it. I can't stand people that blow clouds in public buildings or people that make it obvious as to what their doing all nonchalantly. Many may not like my opinion but it is what it is.

Let it be known that i'm not one that likes to draw attention to myself either.

There's probably a thread on this every week, but either way nothing changes.

I don't vape anywhere smoking isn't allowed. One of the reasons I wanted to quit smoking was so that nicotine/tobacco no longer had a hold of me. If I can't go into the grocery store or the mall or a movie without vaping than I have merely substituted one crutch for another.

Others, however, vape everywhere.

That will never change.

I'm the same way. Don't take it for granted that just because it's not smoke that I can do it wherever I want despite what others think. If I'm at a friends I'll ask first and if they do mind I'll go outside like when I smoked. Nothings really changed in the respect. Do get to vape in the house now since my girl likes the smell! :toast:

I also don't vape where you can't smoke. I don't feel the need to be confrontational about my vaping which is what would happen if I just vaped everywhere I went. I would rather be respectful of others comfort zones than argue with them over whether or not my vaping is dangerous/disrespectful/bothersome to them.

Nothing to do with OP...i get what the OP is doing. Outside of that... the thought of some guy hucking clouds in a stance, chest all busted out in Best Buy or Chucky Cheese or some place is both laughable and horrifying to me...that's the kind of thing that's gonna shut this down ;)

Oh the mental image hahaha I would walk up to that guy and his beanie and be like "Really?"

Nope, I don't vape where smoking is not permitted.
That said, I did vape across the street from our local hospital. Their rule 'Not On Hospital Property' includes the parking areas as well. My wife was recently admitted for treatment, I would sit on a retaining wall across the street from the lobby entrance while taking periodic vape breaks. No one ever said a word. I was almost disappointed.

We just found out about a week ago that my wife is pregnant with our second child! Talking about the hospital. I didn't vape when our son was born, so I'm interested to see the reactions of people when the time comes. Being in the heart of downtown Orlando. So many homeless walking around, i don't think anyone would pay any mind to me standing off by the parking garage or under a tree for a few minutes.

I took a whole shower and even washed my hair today without vaping. Of course it was still sitting right outside the shower door in case I needed to. I don't go anywhere without my tooters and supplies. My gosh, you never know what could happen. I am just as considerate vaping as I was when I smoked. In fact I think I am more considerate than some of the men and women who bath in aftershave and cologne. Just my 3¢ (inflation) Glad to have you here and happy vaping to you.

At home or outside, I'm running a Kayfun V4 clone on a Sigelei Legend II: clouds, and no real way to hide it. Anywhere else, I use my eGrip, and stealth

Not looking to "fight the man", just being considerate of other peoples' impressions. At the same time (unless the business has posted), I will vape wherever

I will not vape in any store or anywhere that doesn't allow smoking. I can't stand seeing people walking through Walmart vaping like its nobody's business. That is what is going to get the whole vaping world shut down. I mean is it really that hard to have a little consideration for someone other than yourself? It just blows my mind...
