Hi Whiskey... my name is Infernia and I too am a vaporholic
I'm a newbie to vaping too and find myself with the e-cig either in hand or in teeth as I type

Like now. I really don't think I'm getting the same amount of nicotine I did with the analogs or the nicorette gum. I would get headaches with the 2mg gum if not very careful. But vaping on my 24mg e-liquid ButterRum and I have yet to have a single headache or any other nicotine related side effect. With the 18mg liquid I was still craving and smoking analogs.
I am no scientist but I would assume that we aren't getting as much nicotine as compared with say nicorette gum or analog cigs. It would be fascinating to find a study done that determines how much nicotine is coming through the vapor.
And like those posting above me, I too have been hours without the e-cig and not gone nuts. So, something good is going on. Next I'm going to start scaling back on the nicotine in the liquid, just not yet.
