***Vaping policy at work, ideas needed***

If they are a Healthcare company that is legitimately concerned about health they would not require vapers to sit by the smokers. Demand a separate area that is away from the cigarette smoke.

The statement included in our policy "We are committed to helping people to live healthier lives." should help prove our point.

If they really cared about their employees (you), then they wouldn't put you out there with smokers. This is what really pisses me off about these asinine "tobacco" policies.

I don't know how high up the food chain your facilities manager is but whatever she comes up with will I'm sure will be trumped by the "it looks like smoking" mantra. So get ready for it.
