Vaping pure VG.

Well, I had a Mutant-X arrive, and it's my first "cloud chasing" type dripper. Granted, I'm not much of a cloud chaser, but I was curious, and decided to give it a try. I wrapped a .3 ohm dual coil, put in my sony VTC4, and tried some pure VG just to see what I can make. Surprisingly, it had a slight sweet taste to it. Even though I've heard about this, I never really did notice it. I can see the alure of cloud chasing, but this is the first time I've actually vaped pure VG. I can't see doing this all day, but the idea of being satisfied using NO nicotine has me wondering... does anyone else do this?

Nope, but I can see doing it with a little water mixed in so it flows better.

if you're ever going to mix your own juice, it's highly recommended to vape pg and vg each alone to get a taste of them. so yes, i've done it. and yes, vg is pleasantly sweet. but no, i don't "do" it. i vape extremely high nic. i'd have a nic fit by the third chain hit.

I make some juice just for cloud-chasing, so it's 95% vg and just 5% of flavour and no nic.

It vapes fine, but i prefer to drip it rather than use a bottle of it, because it's not an all-day vape for me and i like some nic the rest of the time. On a wider issue that is more pertinent to your question, using better atties and so on has led to a reduction in my nic to about 3mg/ml these days.

I'm not planning on going totally nic-free, since i stockpiled enough to last 28 years!

When install a new wick into an RDA I usually saturate it with glycerin before I start dripping a flavor mix. Sometimes I just keep vaping the glycerin. Right now I actually have a 6mg VG liquid with a little distilled water to vape in the kayfun, no flavor added. I like the slightly sweet flavor from it. I do enjoy the no flavor, but it's also nice to mix it with another flavor to get something mellow.

Did the same thing, I just got a MutX and a StingrayX clone first thing I did was load it up with 100% VG, but I have always been partial to heavy VG anyways I like the sweeter taste. I was using 30/70 in my Nautilus sometimes 20/80 and changing coils like it was going out of style lol. Bonus I got a new avatar out of it, my face is in there somewhere I swear.
