Bad gas....I paid my hubby back for all the years he got me!

Dehydration....cured by drinking more water. Water mix from wal-mart really helped as I'm not a plain water drinker.

Food tastes great but I have to watch it.

Can walk on a treadmill without being winded.

More energy.

Stopped coughing after the first week of vaping.

Haven't gotten sick since I started vaping...knock on wood. Everyone in my house has had every bug that's been around and I've managed not to get it.

I haven't really had any side effects in 8 months that I can strictly point to that vaping in and of it self have caused. I had gas issues before vaping and my doctor said it was from smoking. I still have the same issues, so vaping hasn't helped but hasn't changed it either. I have always drank alot of water, so no difference there. Only thing is I do notice I have super dry skin since I started that I didn't have before vaping. But I'll take that any day of the week over smoking!!

The only side affects I've had have been positive ones. :) My appetite has dropped and hubby says it looks like I'm losing weight. Am also not craving sweets, which I always war with; apparently the yummy e-liquids have cut the craving for them. I do have to drink a bit more water, but that's okay as it's a good thing to do anyways.

Clover, why do all vamps take their pics in the bathroom?

Back on topic: I'm a firm believer that people aren't having worse gas, it's just they can smell it now since their sense of smell is back.

Hairball, PG in vapor form has been known to kill viruses. It's quite possible that vaping is preventing you from getting sick while everybody else around is getting the bug. I'd too lazy atm (about to go to bed) to look up the article, but back in the 60s(?) there was a study done where flu virus was introduced to 2 containers full of rats, and one container had PG pumped into it in vapor form. All the rats in the PG box didn't get the flu, and all the ones in the non PG box died from flu.

it was my dorm room back when I was a freshman! lol it was tiny...bout the size of a good sized bathroom lol. On a serious note I dont really notice any bad side affects. I did at first with my taste buds out of wack and dehydration. Now I drink water every day and a lot more than I used to. Vaping has turned all my bad habits around. I now drink more water and work out and generally take care of myself better. I like looking nice and smelling good!

Vivid crazy dreams leaving you shaking your head in the morning trying to make sense of the lunacy. One thing which is a good side benefit is that I probably brush my teeth 4-6 times a day now. It seems like the only real way to neutralize my taste buds form whatever flavor I was vaping with the next flavor I'm about to vape. Going from Peppermint to a grape or razzwow isn't bad, but going from grape to 555....not so much.

I also remember the first month of my mouth being really dry, especially under my tongue first thing in the morning.

I haven't really noticed any true side effects, this may just be because I'm young and wasn't a real heavy smoker. The only thing I've noticed is that I sometimes actually have craving for nicotine now, which I never experience while smoking. Could be because the dosage was heavier in cigarettes and I've only been vapping 4-8 mg juice. But i'm glad to report these reduced drastically after about a week.

I and my wife would have to disagree there, I've always been kinda fragrant, but since I started vaping I can chase her out of the room. My sense of smell hasn't changed any, and she doesnt smoke or use an e-cig.

I experience the vivid dreams if I overdo at night. I also find that some juices cause me to have phlem in my throat so I avoid them. I have experienced some minor heartburn. On the positive side, I haven't been sick since I started 8 months ago and I used to get bronchitis and/or pneumonia once or twice a year. Smoked for 40 years and been analog free since my first ecig.
