I am looking back at my spending this month, and I've realized the thing I used to get off tobacco and save money is now my full blown hobby and obsession. Bad? Nah - but it was eye opening and shocking! Recently (past 2-3 months) I've bought (this is just hardware. If I listed juices, this post would just be dumb long)

IPV Mini
IPV Mini V2
iStick 30w
Nitecore I4 charger (I2 became not good enough)
4x efest 18650 batteries (to add to the 4 I already own)
case to carry them all in while on the go
Atlantis 5ml extender
20 Atlantis coils
Delta II
10 delta II coils
Delta II RBA
Sense Herakles tank
10 Herakles Coils
Horizon Arctic tank
Pre-ordered Lemo II
Melo tank
22ga, 24ga, 26ga, 28ga kanthal
ceramic tweezers
eleaf atomizer checker
wraps to protect/customize all my mods
Vape Life Drip Tips
Subtank Mini
Subtank mini OCC coils
Kayfun 4
Coil master kit
Screw driver sets
Torch
Butane for torch

Now I want the High Voltage tank

WHAT AM I DOING?! THE STRUGGLE IS REAL /endrant

My favorite so far: IPV Mini II rocking the Herackles tank at 55w - mmmmm

Is that all you bought?
I started vaping 4 months ago and I have spent waay more than that. I love it, it has become a hobby that I really enjoy and most importantly the cigs are gone from my life.
I'm still ordering stuff, playing with coils, wire, cotton etc-it's fun to me.
I know I should not spend so much on it but it gives my old retired ... something to do:)

Yaaaay,

I have OCD!

Let me plop myself down in the middle of all these enablers!

Yay, Raman noodles and tuna for the rest of my life cause I can't stop buying 200 dollar atomizers from countries I can't even pronounce!

Oh wait

, we were talking about you.

Yep your good to go. Happy vaping!

That's the way I see it - plus it gives me something to get excited about and keep my mind busy. I'm the OCD type so it's good for me. Before this it was my Mustang - much more expensive of a hobby.

Plus, you know, with any hobby, there's an initial investment; vaping can save you a little right from the get-go, if you're careful, but once you do get a whole bunch of great hardware and learn to DIY your own ejuice, THEN you can save a massive amount of money; spending some when you have it and it's convenient, but not needing to always spend a lot, when times are a bit leaner. I so prefer it this way!!!

I agree with AndriaD. At the beginning I was spending absurd amounts of money on vape gear. After a long search I finally found the mod for me, collected about six of them. Build my own coils and DIY. Now I hardly spend any money on vapeing at all. Sure beats dropping $14.00 a day on ciggrettes with nothing to show for it. Only back draw now...I do miss vape mail

Is vaping 20+ ml of juice a day is healthy?

(I do not know, but I can ask, I believe)

I know I feel 100x better then when I was inhaling 2 oz of tobacco every day.

I'm more worried about what MCD is doing to people eating their oatmeal (7 ingredients in an oat flake, really?)

DIY juice is where you really save money, especially if you sub ohm. Juice is a rip-off, tbh.
